Providing Beautification Work For The Bus Stand In Hosur City Municipal Corporation- 1 Plastering with cement mortar (1:5) 12mm ,thick in all floors including cost and conveyance of all materilas to site and labour charges etc,complete as per standard specifications (S.I.306) 2 Painting two coats with Ready Mixed Enamel Paint over the new iron works of approved quality and colour without priming coatincluding the cost all materials etc,complete as per standard specification., in all floors. 3 Supply and fixing of M.S Grills forDoors and Windows with one coat of Red oxide with Primer including all costs such as welding,grinding and fabrication charges, cost and conveyance of all materials to site etc,complete as per standard specification. 4 Paving the floor with design Antiskirt ceramic tiles (colour and shade as directed) of size 305 mm x 305mm x 6 mm in all floors over a base layer of cement mortar 1:3 (One part of Cement and Three part of Plastering Sand (P- Sand)), 20mm thick laid in-situ and pointed with same coloured cement 5 Chipping and removing the damaged tile floorcomplete complying with the rate including of all rates 6 Acid wash Exixisting tile floor Cleaning Work , complete complying with the rate including of all rates 7 Manufacturing, supplying and fixing Precast Reinforced Cement Concrete slabs of 150 mm thickness in RCC M35concrete using following HBGS jelly excluding cost of reinforcement steel in position but including cost of moulding charges, casting of slab, finishing, curing and fixing in position in all floors etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed. 8 Outdoor Granite Bench: Supplying, erecting and fixing outdoor granite bench of 3 seater with back rest. Bench shall consist of 2 nos. L shaped bases support and size of L 1.2mx W 0.38mx H 0.45mm 9 Plantation ofSmall plantincluding transportation charges and labour charges for excavating the pit of size 0.45x0.45x0.45m per sapling and rate inclusive for watering one plant per day in complete as per standard specification
