    MTPS II – MI - BM – AOH / COH 25-26 - Replacing/renewal of damaged SS inner and outer diffuser in coal burner if required and strengthening of eroded diffuser and its allied works.- 1 Transporting the SS inner / outer Diffuser from store to boiler 0 mtr & damaged SS diffuser (inner/outer) devoluted to central stores. 2 Cutting the damaged/ eroded inner SS diffuser (by plasma cutting) in coal burner and transportingthe same to boiler 0 mtr, without hitting any Boiler tubes by providing proper supports from higher elevation. 3 Cuttingdamaged/ eroded outer SS diffuser (by plasma cutting) in coal burner and transportingthe same to boiler 0 mtr, without hitting any Boiler tubes by providing proper supports from higher elevation. 4 Positioning and alignment of new SS outer diffuser to original position without any deviation of dimensions wise and welding the same (SS welding), including leading lifting ofnew outer SS diffuser inside the boiler1st pass of required burner elevation, without hitting any Boiler tubes by providing proper supports from higher elevation. 5 Positioning and alignment of new SS inner diffuser to original position without any deviation of dimensions wise and welding the same, (SS welding) includingleading lifting ofinner SS diffuser inside the boiler1st pass of required burner elevation, without hitting any Boiler tubes by providing proper supports from higher elevation. 6 Reconditioning / strengthening of eroded Diffuser. 7 Reconditioning / strengthening of joints between Primary Air modified SS Coal pipe with the primary air coal pipe by providing SS 304 plates around the fastners in coal burner. 8 Reconditioning of coal powder spray distribution plate by providing SS 304 blocks in coal burner.
