    MTPS-II - MI Circle – BM - AOH / COH 2025-26 -Overhauling of water wall soot blowers, long retractable, half retractable soot blowers and renewal of defective lance tube/pipe, if required and its allied works- 1 Overhauling of soot blowers (wall de-slaggers) including dismantling, inspection, rectification of defects, if any, renewal of lubricants and gland packing, reassembling and pressure setting of soot blower valve head assembly 2 Drawal of new LRSB/HRSB lance tube, feed Pipe and Gear Box fromMTPS-II central stores transporting to Boiler 0 mtr, leading and lifting to above 65 m elevation of Boiler using pulley and rope, if required and etc. 3 Cleaning of internals, overhauling and alignment of LRSB and HRSB Lance tube, SS guide pipe, carriage assembly, rotary & traverse chains, cam assembly, actuator lever, drive gear box assembly etc. 4 Stud with 2nuts Size: M20 x 100 mm. Gr.12.9 5 Spiral wound gasket CS Ring 130x120x3 / 120x94x5
