MTPS- II – Mill Plant Division – Overhauling of various sizes of valves and replacing and reconditioning of the damaged/ defective hanger supports in above Coal mill during the AOH 2025- 1 Charges for providing of necessary temporary scaffolding arrangements around theSeal air discharge pipe up to dia 800 mm Butterfly valve, Arresting of Seal air line discharge pipes, complete dismantling and lowering of dia 800 mm Butterfly valve with gear box from 9 mtr. height, cleaning, complete overhauling of gear box, Reconditioning/ Replacing of Butterfly valve seat, renewal of butterfly valve gate rubber seal if necessary, reconditioning of worn out parts of butterfly valve internals and reassembling the same into its position and finally checking butterfly valve open/close operation etc, …, including the cost of consumables,T & P’s, Chain blocks and Temporary Scaffolding arrangements etc.., 2 Charges for providing of necessary temporary scaffolding arrangements around the Seal air Isolation valve, Arresting of Seal air line discharge pipes, complete dismantling and lowering of seal air isolation valvefrom 12 mtr. height, cleaning, complete overhauling &Reconditioning/ Replacing ofvalve seat, renewal of Isolation valve gate rubber seal if necessary, reconditioning of worn out parts of Isolation valve internals and reassembling the same into its position and finally checking butterfly valve open/close operation etc, …, including the cost of consumables,T & P’s, Chain blocks and Temporary Scaffolding arrangements etc.., 3 Charges for rectification / replacement of seal air valve for clean out conveyor unit. 4 Charges for arresting the coal powder carrying coal pipes at coal mill classifier top area and walk way area by providing angles and channel supports to remove the hangers for rectification work of coal pipe/coal bend/spool piece/reducer/Circular gate etc… 5 Charges for transportation of required scaffolding materials and Clamps for mill classifier top site, Walk way area T&P and consumables etc., 6 Charges for removing the existing damaged hanger support assembly arrangements in coal discharge pipes in coal mill including cost of T&P and consumables etc., 7 Hangers per mill. 7 Charges for Rectification of hanger support rod fixture eye, strengthening the pin and nuts for assembly including cost of T&P and consumables etc., 7 Hangers per mill. 8 Suppy of HT 10.9 Gr M45X240 mm full thread bolt and Nut with washer. 9 Charges for fabrication, supply and renewal of cracked hot air damper actuator cylinder mounting bracket (Top Cover plate) including cost of material etc. 10 Charges for fabrication, supply and renewal of cracked hot air damper actuator cylinder mounting bracket (Bottom Cover plate) including cost of material etc. 11 Charges for fabrication, supply and renewal of cracked cold air damper actuator cylinder mounting bracket (Top Cover plate) including cost of material etc., 12 Charges for fabrication, supply and renewal of cracked cold air damper actuator cylinder mounting bracket (Bottom plate / Material : Cast steel) of Millincluding cost of material etc.,
