Repairing Of Vrf Air Conditioning System Installed At Food Laboratory Jammu-Complete Repairing ofVRV/VRF Air Conditioning Ciruit including (Outdoor and Indoor Units- Total 22 HP) Bluestar Makeinstalled at Food Laboratory Jammu. The job includes replacement of defunct outdoor inverter PCB of outdoor unitsby way of dismantling the old and providing and installation of outdoor inverter PCB of 14 HP -01 Nos. and 8 HP-1 no. as per sample including electrical specifications. The job includes replacement of defunct outdoor Control PCB of outdoor unitsby way of dismantling the old and providing and installation of Control PCB of 14 HP -01 Nos. and 8 HP-01 Nos. as per sample including electrical specifications. The job includes replacement of defunct outdoor filter PCB of outdoor unitsby way of dismantling the old and providing and installation of outdoor filter PCB-01 Nos.14 HP as per sample including electrical specifications.The job includes complete testing of complete circuit including Outdoor and indoor unit.The job also includes Complete servicing of Bluestar Make VRF air conditioning systemby way of chemical wet servicing for cooling effectiveness of the whole unit and including all outdoor unit, indoor units, cooling coils servicing, electrical servicing,etc. Complete job as per site requirement.a) Indoor Units -13 Nos..b) Outdoor Unit - 2 Nos.(22 HP) .The job includes complete servicing of each indoor unit installed at different locations at ground, first and second floor by way of dismantling thefront cover and filterfor its servicing, cleaning of evaporatorcoil by using high pressure jettill accumulated dust and debris removed minimum 30 minutes for each evaporator coil, cleaning of filter of indoor with high pressure jet. The job also includes checking the drain components and removal of any blockages of drain. The job includes greasing/oiling of motor and blower assembly of each indoor unit.The job also includes complete servicing of outdoor units by cleaning the condenser oil of unit with high pressure jet till accumulated dust and debris removed completely. The job includes removing the cover of outdoor unit, cleaning of all electrical components with air blower, checking the electrical connection of outdoor unit, fan motor and compressor working, checking the refrigerant level and leakages. The complete job also includes complete inspection of system, testing of system after complete servicing. The complete job includes material cost, skilled labor charges, tool, tackles and all handling charges, taxes etc.
