Density :150 kg/m3 as per IS:8183:1993. GI sheet 0.60 mm thick width 120 gm/sq.m of galvanizing coating, class vill as per IS 277,MS pin size 6 mm , dia 225mm, retainer:70X70X2 mm, GI casing support of size:65X650 mmincluding P & F, Unloading Charges etc., 2 Supply of second layer Lightly resin bonded wool mattresses of 75 mm, thick confirming to IS 8183 of latest issue of with 1/2X 23 SWG wire netting at single side. Bulk density = 150 Kg/cu.m, Material = basalt rock, Size = 1.52m X1.22m X 75 mm thick packed in HDPE bags. Including P&F, F&I and unloading Charges. 3 Charges for providing scaffolding arrangement around the each coal mill hot primary air duct of size 1600 mm x 1600mm for renewal of hot primary air duct. (Required qty. of scaffolding materials are under contractors scope). 4 Complete removal of damaged insulation: This work involves removal of insulated metal sheet, wool, gas cutting, removal of retainers and casing supports. 5 Cleaning, welding of pin & retainers, laying of wool mattress, sewing the joint of mattress by GI wire, screwing the casing support with retainer, wounding the GI binding wire across the retainer. 6 Charges for Renewal / Rectification of damaged insulation sheet : This work involves fixing of new / retrieved G.I. sheet over the hot air duct insulation from main hot primary air bus duct to mill end. 7 Charges for complete cleaning of released wool from the work spot : This work involves collection of released waste wool, debris and other unwanted insulation materials from the work spot, gathered in one place and transport for away from the site as per the instruction of Engineer in charge. 8 Labour charges for welding eroded initial welding joints in the mill branch hot PA duct plates above 2 meter level including the cost of welding electrodes. 9 Charges for cutting and removal of heavily eroded mill branch hot PA duct plates (Multilayer) from the parent plate, transporting & devoluting scrap to Central Stores /M.T.P.S – II. 10 Charges for transporting of 6mm tk. M.S. / Chequered plates from Central Stores/ MTPS – II to mill repair bay, cutting into required size, leading, lifting, positioning on the eroded top portions of the mill branch hot PA duct plates above 1.5 meter side wall portion of the duct and welding the same including the cost of welding electrodes. 11 Charges for supply of MS plate of size 1250X6000X6 mm weight of 6 mm thick 12 Charges for Renewal / Refixing of Metallic expansion joints at inside the duct vertical down stream side, Work involves, arresting the upstream and down stream of duct, cutting and removal of existing eroded cover plate and metallic expansion joints, leading, lifting, positioning of new / Existing expansion joints, aligning with the duct channel and complete welding, Fabrication of protection plate, fixing inside the expansion joints and full welding at air flow side including cost of consumables and T&P’s etc… Metallic expansion joint size : 1600 mm x 1600 mm x 252 mm (Style #1) 13 Charges for Supply of Round Corner Metallic expansion joint Suitable for size : 1600 mm x 1600 mm mm mill branch hot primary air duct. 14 Charges for arresting of Hot PA duct firmly, replacement / refixing of Non - Metallic expansion bellow in hot PA duct (Size : 1600 mm x 1600 mm), removing all supports including cost of scaffolding arrangements, fabrication of strip plates and consumables, T&P’s etc… 15 Charges for Supply of Non metallic expansion joints for 1600 mm x 1600 mm hot primary air duct Fabric & Bolster length : 8500 mm, Fabric & Bolster width : 300 mm
