Tender For Repair/Resurfacing Of Certain Roads At Various Locations In Chaubattia And Ranikhet Underge Ranikhet; 1 Preparation of existing black top surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc, sweeping with brooms and finally fanning and cleaning surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc 2 Applying evenly a priming tack coat of bitumen VG-10 grade @ 5Kg/10 Sqm by mechanical sprayer rolled with 8 to 10 tonne power roller and compacted to required camber and gradient 3 M&L for Bituminous premixed asphaltic semi-dense concrete 30mm thick (consolidated thickness) with 5.5% binder (Paving bituminous VG-30 Grd) content by weight of total mix, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. 4 Scarifying or picking gravelled, macadam or bituminous macadam surfaces in area exc 400 sqm , thickness exc 50 mm and n exc 100 mm deep 5 Applying evenly a priming/tack coat with paving bitumen bituminous primer at 10kg/10Sqm 6 M& L for Premix Bituminous macadam of paving bitumen any penetration with binder content of 4.00% by weight of total mix, any penetration laid/rolled and compacted to required gradient and camber (consolidated thickness 75mm or less) to be laid in patches. 7 S & F in repairs, Supply and fixing cat eye solar reflective type of metal body alloy of size 100mm x 100mm x 20mm with PAMA striplens reflector of model No. DA 972.0 fixed with and incl MS stud of suitable size as per manufactures instructions. 8 M&L for laying hot applied thermoplastic compound (paint) 2.5mm thick including reflecting glass beads incl cost of all materials, labour, machinery, T&P etc. required for proper completion of work incl all other charges. The finished surfaces to be level, uniform and free from streaks and holes as per MORTH specification No. 803 as per IRC. Painting lines, dashes, arrows, letters etc. on roads, pavements and the like n exc. 10 cm wide with road marking paint, white or golden yellow complete all as specified and directed. 9 M&L for Moorum/red bajri filling in floors or pavings, laid in layers n exc. 15 cm thick, spread, levelled and rammed including watering 10 Dismantling of Stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons laid, bedded and pointed in any cement mortar 11 M & L for Sand filling under floors or in foundations including watering and consolidations 12 M&L for 75mm thick plan cement concrete 1:4:8, type D2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in sub base to flooring, complete all as specified & directed by Engr-in-charge. 13 M&L Precast concrete interlocking paver block rubber moulded any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 80 mm thickness, M-35 Grade with grey cement and pigment.
