    Bids Are Invited For Repair, Maintenance, And Installation Of Plant/ Systems/Equipments (Version 2) - Providing And Fixing Road Appurtenances Work On Road Bawadia Kala Rob Vidhya Nagar Bhopal; Appurtenances; Service Provider Providing and fixing Road Appurtenances work on road Bawadia Kala ROB Vidhya Nagar, Bhopal Road Markers/Road Stud with Lense Reflector Providing and fixing single mound twin shanked molded Road Markers/Road Stud made of poly carbonate or ABS body and shall support a load of 13635 Kg tested in accordance to ASTM D 4280and complying lo specifications of Section-5 of IRC:35-2015 and clause 804.2.2 of MORT&H and Section-5 of IRC-35-2015. Hereflecting panels shall consist of number of lenses containing single or dual prismatic cubes capable of providing total internal reflection of the light entering the lens face. The slope or retro-reflecting surface should be 355 degree to base. The reflective marker shall be fixed to the road by surface using the epoxy/ adhesives and the recommended the procedure manufacturer. No nails shall be used to affix the markers so Cubes capable of that they do not pose safety hazard on the road.. The contractor shall submit a two year replacement warranty, for satisfactory field performance including stipulated retro-reflectance of the reflecting panel.. Providing and fixing of Rumble Strip made up of TPU polyurethane (PU) Material size 5001 x 100W x 15H mm and fixing of Rumble Strip in Bituminous grout Epoxy and Screwing the same with M.S Screw 15 x 100 mm etc. i/e removing asphalt at the site, Material, labour for fixing grouting and for controlling traffic during fixing etc. complete.
