Tender For Completion Of Balance Work Landscaping Of Ground Around Xen Quarter Pwd Hyd Division At Pibiting Zanskar.- 1 Earth work in excavationmeans(Hydraulic Excavator) in trenches for foundations, drains, pipes, cables etc. (Not excavation 1.5 m in width) and for shafts, wells, cesspits and the like not exceeding 10 sqm on plan) including dressing of sides and rammingof bottoms lift up to 1.5mtr including gitting out excavated earth and disposal of surplus excavated earth as directed by side Engineer-in-chargewithin a lead of 50mtr. (A) All kinds of soil. 2 Surface dressing of ground including removing of vegetation and in equalities not exceeding 15cm deep and disposalof rubbish, lead upto 50mtr and lift up to 1.5mtr. 3 Providing and layiing in positionspecied grade of reinforced cement concrete excludingthecost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement-All work up to plinth level. 1:2:4 ( 1cement : 2 coarse sand (Zone-III):4 graded stone aggregate20mm nominals size derived from natural sources). 4 Supplying spreading of good earth by mechnical transport up to lead of 10km by MT also remanning and watering of the earth in layers not exceeding20cm in trench, plinth, sides of foundation etc, including all carriage complete. 5 Dry ston pitching22.5 cm thickincluding supply of stones and preparing surface complete.on Horizontal. 6 Centering and shuttering including strutting,proppings etc. and removalof form for:A) Walls (anythickness) including attached pilasters, butteresses, plinth and string course etc. 7 Providing and laying 60cm thick factory made cement in required colourand pattern overand including 50mm thick compactedbead of course sand, filling the concrete interlocking paver block of M-30 grade made by block macking machine with strongvibratory compacting of approved 4 size, design and shape, laid joints with line sand etc, all complete as per the direction of Engineer-in charge. 8 Providing and laying Grass Turffing including watering and maintenance of the lawn for 30 days or more till the grass froms a thick lawn free from weeds and fits for mowing including all carriage complete.
