The items listed are integral to ensuring sterile, controlled, and efficient fermentation processes. 1. pH Probe/Sensor Description: Online pH probe/sensor compatible with fermentation systems, capable of continuous monitoring of pH during the fermentation process. Specifications: Sterilizable in-situ at 121°C and 15 psi. Designed for autoclave cycles and CIP/SIP (Clean-In-Place/Steam-In-Place) compatibility High chemical resistance and long-term stability in bioethanol fermentation media Purpose: Real-time monitoring and control of pH, a critical parameter influencing microbial activity and ethanol yield. 2. Silicon Tube 3x6mm (10 m)-06 Meter Description: Autoclavable, food-grade silicone tubing with an internal diameter of 3 mm and an external diameter of 6 mm. Specifications Supplied in 6-meter length from a 10-meter roll. Temperature resistance up to 200°C High flexibility, non-toxic, and non-reactive with fermentation media. Purpose: Suitable for nutrient feed, sampling, and gas transfer lines in the fermentor setup. 3. Silicon Tube 6x8mm (3 m) Description: High-quality, sterilizable silicone tubing with an internal diameter of 6 mm and an external diameter of 8 mm. Specifications: Supplied in 3-meter length. Designed for fluid transfer under sterile conditions. Resistant to acids, alkalis, and alcohol solutions.
