    Bids Are Invited For Repair, Maintenance, And Installation Of Plant/ Systems/Equipments (Version 2) - 1500 Hrly Routines On Da No 4 Make Ms Cummins Model Vta 28Dm; Power Generators; Buyer ROUTINES ONBOARD ICGS VISHWAST1500 hourly routines (‘C’ Checks) are falling due on DA No. 04 {Make: Cummins Pvt Ltd; Model: VTA28 D(M) Capacity: 450 KW)} in Aug 25. The following jobs to be undertaken on DA and prove the operation: - 1. Adjust tappet and injectors clearance. 2. Replace valve cover gaskets. 3. Check vibration damper for any visual damage and deformation. 4. Check and record engine crank shaft end plays. 5. Axial and radial play of turbocharger to be recorded. 6. Check condition of all clamps and hoses. 7. Check for any leakage in lube oil and coolant lines. 8. Check engine alternator alignment and correct it. 9. Check all wiring connection for any abnormalities and correct it. 10. All safeties and alarms and trips to be checked for satisfactory operation. 11.
