    Bids Are Invited For Customized Amc/Cmc For Pre-Owned Products - Abrasive Water Jet Machine; Make : Omax, Model : Maxiem 1515; Annual Maintenance Contract (Amc); Quarterly; No ABRASIVE WATER JET MACHINE (MAXIEM 1515) ANNUAL MAINTENANCE CONTRACT 1) Pumps rebuild (Required after 500 hours of pump running OR if failure) 2) Inspect Plungers and other hardware for cracks or abnormal wear. 3) Change the water filters. 4) Clean and Lubrication of Lead Screws in X, Y axis. 5) Inspect all Solenoid Valves and Sensors. 6) Inspect all the High Pressure plumbing & fittings, replace if required. 7) Clean the air filters inside the Electrical cabinet. 8) Check the home position of the table. 9) Checking & Overhauling of X, Y, Z. drives for jerk free movement within soft limits. 10) Upgrading of software (if any new version released by OMAX) Total Quantity :
