Tender For Provision Of 40 X Nos Of Desert Coolers For Tech Area Cpe Itarsi Under Ge Bhopal; 1 M&L for Point wiring for One socket outlet 5 Amps controlled by one switch on independent board using approved color coding as per IS (Red, Black and Green forr singlle phase circuits), with multi-stranded copper conductor stranded copper conductor, 1.5 sqmm nominal cross sectional area, single core, PVC insulated and unsheathed FRLS cable 1100 Volts grade, IS-694 marked with valid CML no. in and including stove enamleed PVC conduit and conduit accessoriees on wall/roof/floor etc. ISI marked with valid CML No. (IS-9537-1983 for conduits and IS:3419:1976 for conduit accessories), with metal flush box, modular cover plate for fixing of modular switches, sockets and fan regulators etc, including PVC insulated multistranded copper conductor 1.5 sqmm nominal cross sectional area single core FRLS cable as earth continuity conductor to common earth and connecting to earth dolly complete all as specified and directed at site. 2 S&F modular Switch Socket combination 2 in 1, 5 Amps flush type, 230 Volts with cover platecomplete all as specified and directed. 3 Supply and fix dessert cooler electric driven (single phase) having following specifications:1.Body: Construction as follows:- (a) Top cover and pillars of 22 SWG GI Sheets. (b) Side panels of 22 SWG GI Sheets. (c) Tank Height 8 Made Of 22 SWG GI Sheets.(d). Front Grill and directional grills of plastic or GI Sheets.2. Fan motor: heavy duty 500 mm sweep copper windingcooler fan, Three speed (high/medium/low) with metallic blade duly painted with synthetic anti corrosive oven cured paint fitted to body. Fan of Bajaj/Khaitan/Crompton Make.Input capacity 150-200 watt (approx.), 1500 rpm, 230 volt, 50 HZ, Air Delivery not less than 5000 m3/hr 3. Pump Motor: Input capacity 18-20watt (approx.), speed 1300 rpm, 230 Volt , 50 Hz. Bajaj/Khaitan/Crompton/e. 4. Switches: one piano type modularswitch and one speed selector switch (4 positions) for control of pump and fan respectively will be provided on the body. 5. Pads: Good quality Honeycomb Khas pad of thickness 1.5 inch.6. Drain plug: Brass drain plug shall be fitted on the cooler body.7. Cord: 1.5 mm sq. 3 core flexible Copperconductor cord PVC sheathed and insulated (as per IS 694/1977), 05 mtr. long with three pin 5 amp plug . shall be provided for power supply to cooler.8. Guarantee/ Warrantee Certificate: GC/WC against any manufacturing defect in respect of fan motor and pump motor assemblieswill be required.including M&L for preparation of frame work as per the size of Desert cooler, made of MS angle of dimension 65mm x 65 mm x 5 mm, for supporting Desert cooler in windows, duly painted with thick synthetic enamel paint of approved shade complete with all fittings to complete satisfaction of Engr-in-Charge.
