    Tender For Hiring Premises On Lease For Guwahati Branch non-binding offers only from Owner(s) [for this purpose the term Owner(s) shall include Proposer(s) / Landlord(s) / Landlady(ies)]for well-constructed commercial premises with carpet area as indicated below, in the following locations, on main road and on a single floor, preference on the first floor, ready for occupation with Occupation Certificate and other mandatory certificates from the respective Government departments/ Local Body/ Municipality, on a lease rental basis for the proposed branch of the Company for a minimum period of six to nine years. parameters provided in the Scoring Matrix The Bidder scoring the highest technical score out of 70 will be ranked as T1 & others in order of score as T2, T3, etc.. Commercial/Price bid evaluation (30 marks) Maximum marks i.e. 30 marks will be given to the Lowest rates offered by the L1 bidder. L2, L3 bidders, etc will be given marks in inverse proportion
