    Bids Are Invited For Custom Bid For Services - Annual Maintenance Contract For Heat Treatment Furnaces Of Ght Section As Per Scope Of Work Customized AMC/CMC for Pre-owned Products Customized AMC/CMC for Pre-owned Products Repairing work of one no. Pit Type brick lining (MSF Regn. No.- 5443) & one no. Bogie Hearth furnace (MSF Regn.-5289) of GHT (bricks lining on damaged area) as and when required basis. Bricks &fireclay will be supplied by the MSF. Repairing work of five nos. Pit type furnaces of GHT (Regn.No.1443, 4543,5444,4544 & 7253) ceramic blanket/vacuum board lining (blanket lining on damaged area) as and when required basis. Ceramic blanket/vacuum board will be supplied by MSF. Fixing & patch welding of nichrome heating elements, SS Plate, MS railing & platform, channel, lid etc. whenever required during AMC of (Regn. No.4544,5443,5444,1443,4543,725385289) Heating GHT element, stud, bobbin & will be supplied by MSF but necessary welding rod will be supplied by the firm, For 06 nos, Pit furnace of GHT (Regn. No 4544, 5443,5444,1443,4543,7253) & 03 nos. tanks whenever any MSF production store debris/ scales etc. fall inside the pit furnaces & quenching tanks, it should be taken outcleaning & repairing(if necessary) to be done inside the furnace & tanks. For cleaning of one oil tanks of GHT Firm has to complete the job in 6 working days. For two water tank of GHT Firm has to complete the cleaning job in two working days. For Four common pit of the GHT furnaces, tanks& adjoining areas cleaning. One Pit cleaning of cooling tower including servicing & repairing of cooling water recirculation system of quenching tanks of GHT. Oil test report (from any govt. recognized lab/NABL accredited lab) of oil tank of GHT to be supplied to the user section after an interval of three month 2 4 Total Quantity :
