Tender For Flow Cytometer (Sorter) High-performance flow cytometer with Cell sorting having 3 lasers , (488 nm Blue, 640 nm Red laser & 405nm Violet Laser) , with atleast 9 fluroscence color or more detection capacity with additional forward and side scatter detectors. The flow cytometer Cell sorter system should be quoted with a Class II (type A2) biosafety hood. System should have fixed flow cell and sort block (with no requirement for alignment by the operator, even after a change of nozzle.) System should have automated sort setup and sort monitoring including drop formation and break-off, drop delay, drop deflection nozzle blockage and sample collection volume. System should be capable of recalculating compensation after changing detector gain without the need to analyze additional samples. The system must have Automatic full matrix compensation. The system should be able to perform colour compensation automatically when detector settings are adjusted. The system should be capable of sorting and acquisition a speed of 25,000 events per second or more. An extensive set of repositionable bandpass filters must be provided for sharper signal acquisition. All necessary filters, dichroic, and beam splitters are to be included for the above configuration with auto detection.
