    Tender For Annual Rate Contract For Repair And Maintenance Of Civil Works At Kullu Manali Airport For The Year 2025-26; Schedule of item rates DSR 2023, additional misc. & special misc. items schedule at par with DSR 2023 (Refer schedule A at BOQ 01-27)Schedule of items as per DSR 2023 (Vol. I & II)& Additional Misc. items1 to 132(as detailed in Schedule-A). The payment of items shall be regulated as below: a) Schedule of rates as per DSR 2023SH 1to 27 including Additional Miscellaneous items 1 to 132(excluding items where quoted percentage of the agency is not applicable and clearly mentioned in the item) shall be as follows Rate of item as per Schedule i.e. DSR-23/AMW Item (incl. 21.27% GST) =X1) The payment of items shall be regulated as below:(a) Schedule of rates as per DSR 2023 and Additional Miscellaneous items except item no. 41, 123, 124 of Additional Miscellaneous itemsRate of item as per schedule-A (DSR+AMW) = XRate to be considered for payment = [(X/1.2127)x{(100±Quoted Percentage)/100}] (b) The payment of Item No. 41, 123 and124 of Additional Miscellaneous items shall be regulated as below:Rate of items as per schedule=XRate to be considered for payment= [(X/1.2127)
