Tender For Various Works Under The Complete Deposit Scheme Under The Limits Of V.V.K.-Banda - The following works under various places/Sub-Stations under FULL DEPOSIT SCHEME 2025-26 under EDD, BANDA-RURAL, including carriage of all required material from ESC Banda to work site, alongwith its loading, unloading & dragging at the respective ends and also safe carriage of old line material/scraped from site to store centre, if any. The bidder shall be responsible for complete execution of the work under the scope of tender specification. Any work/activity not specifically indicated but is required for systematic execution of job shall be carried out by the contractor without any extra payment. The material supplied by contractor should be the best quality and as per standard, including transportation. Details of the work as given below ;- 2 Erection of new and shifting of 33 KV/11 KV/LT Lines and 25/63/100/250 KVA Sub-Staions work -At various places in Jhatpat Portal/Nivesh Mitra Portals related new connections & utility shfting of payjal, STW, industrial, Primary School/Higher Secondary Schools, Gram Panchayat, Bundelkhand Expressway, Tubewells, Payjal under Namami Gange, Sansad/Vidhayak Nidhi & Other etc. 3 Loading, carriage of following items from Store Centre to work site, including unloading and proper stacking :- 4 STP/PCC pole. 5 ACSR Weasel Conductor 6 V type X Arm 7 25/63/100 KVA Transformer 8 250 KVA Transformer 9 Pilfer proof metering cubical 10 11 KV cable box indoor/outdoor 11 11 KV pin/disk insulator with nuts & bolts 12 Top Channel 13 G.I. wire 14 Stay Set complete 15 Earthing complete 16 Dropper Channel 17 T-off Channel 18 S/S base angle 19 L.T. ABC Three phase/Single Phase 20 Other Line Materials 21 Digging of pits up to the depth of 1650/2200 mm. as per site requirement. Fabrication & erection of single pole support on PCC/STP pole support including digging of pit & fixing of all accessories and clamps as per RESPO norms. 22 Digging of pits up to the depth of 1650/2200 mm. as per site requirement. Fabrication & erection of double pole support on P.C.C./STP pole including digging of pit & fixing of all accessories and clamps as per RESPO norms. 23 Grouting of STP/PCC pole in ratio 1:4:8 with cement stone ballast, coarse sand and plinthing 300 mm above ground level as well as muffing of plinth. 24 Spreading, laying & stringing of ACSR weasel conductor for construction of 11 KV line as per RESPO norms. 25 Spreading, Laying & Stringing of AB cable Three phase/Single Phase 26 Ordinary earthing by 11 KV MS earth rod 2500 mm long as per RESPO norm. 27 Concreting & nuzzling of stay complete including fixing of necessary clamps with the help of nuts & bolts other accessorises required for completing the work as well as its grouting by civil material viz. Sand, stone ballast and cement. The contractor will provide all civil material as well as stay insulator 28 Guarding of line as per RSPO norms. 29 Installation of 25/63/100 KVA Transformer on newly constructed Double/single pole making proper connections from 11 KV system and proper testing as well as commissioning of Transformer. 30 Installation and commissioning of pilfer proof metering cubical in metering room. 31 Earthing of 11/0.4 KV T/F with suitable G.I. pipe and fixing suitable G.I. Strip including all material required to complete the work. 32 Chopping of Tree Branches Coming in the vicinity of the lines during execution of the above works (One Job means each site of work). 33 Painting of ST pole with alluminium/red oxide paint as per norms. (Arrangement of alluminium/red oxide paint by contractor at his own cost, as per requirement.) 34 Providing and fixing of Holding Clamp with nut-bolts & washers for PCC/ST Pole (Cross Arm) 35 Providing and fixing of Holding Clamp for Top/Dropper/T-off channel with nut-bolts & washers (STP/PCC) 36 Providing and fixing of F-Bracket with nut-bolts & washers (STP/PCC) 37 Providing and fixing of LT Clamp with fitting of all accessories for ABC Cable on PCC/ST Pole 38 Providing and fixing of Dead End Clamp with fitting of all accessories for ABC Cable. 39 Providing and fixing of Piercing (PRC) Clamp with fitting of all accessories for ABC Cable. 40 Providing and fixing of Suspension Clamp with fitting of all accessories for ABC Cable. 41 Providing and fixing of I-Hook with nut alongwith fitting of all accessories for ABC Cable. 42 Dismentaling of 11 KV/33 KV/LT Line 43 Construction of plinth for 250 KVA transformer of 2x2x1.2 mtr. with help of first class brick and masonry 1:4 cement & coarse sand. Filling the structure completely as per norm with RCC to 1:2:2 cement & stone grit with M.S. bar & M.S. for restling the transformer. 44 Installation of 250 KVA Transformer on newly constructed plinth making proper connections from 11 KV system and proper testing as well as commissioning of Transformer. 45 Construction of toe wall with wire mesh or Pale fencing & painting of Sub-Stations, detail of the work as given below :-1- Construction of toe wall 9 wide 1 high above ground, all around the plinth/DP structure in 1:6 ratio of cement and coarse sand. The toe wall shall have pocket of 1200 mm size at the center of toe wall at appropriate places for grouting of MS Angle iron frames toe wall may very as per site conditions.2- Grouting & fixing of MS Angle iron frame in 1:2:4 ratio of cement, stone grit & coarse sand and bolting the frames with at joining frames by 35x8 mm bolt with nut. The size of MS Angle Iron frame may very as per requirement of site.3- Fabrication & Providing Gate in front of plinth/DP made in two leaves of size 900x1500 mm each. Each leave shall be made by MS Angle iron of 37x37x5 mm MS Angle and fitted with wire mesh or pale fencing of 18 SWG with the help of MS Strip of 35x5 mm size welded all around the frame. The leaves shall be fitted with hinges on MS Angle of size of 50x50x6 mm and shall have locking arrangement. Two gates shall be provided on such sub-station where more than one T/F are installed and that shall be counted two sub-stations.4- Fixing & Grouting of main gate at S.No. 1.03 made of MS Angle iron frame of 37x37x5 mm and 50x50x6 mm in the ratio 1:2:4 of cement, stone grit & coarse sand in front of DP/Plinth and to provide arrangement for locking the fencing with provision of lock & key.5- Plastering 10 mm thickness with cement, Mortar in ratio 1:4 cement and fine sand, including cost of all required material, labour & T&P etc.6- Painting of entire metal works including wire mesh or pale fencing with super enameled primer coat of Red Oxidein two coats of British/Asian Paint thereafter painting of same work with dark blue super enameled paint in again two coats of British/Asian Paint.7- Painting of Main Gate including wire mesh or pale fencing with super enameled primer coat of Red Oxide in two coats of British/Asian Paint thereafter painting of same work with dark blue super enameled paint in again two coats of British/Asian Paint.8- Safe carriage of MS Angle iron frame from nearest S/S to site of work, labour cost including loading and unloading at both ends.9- Safe carriage of MS Angle iron main gate from nearest S/S to site of work, labour cost including loading and unloading at both ends.10- Supply of MS Clamp for MS Angle Iron frame with nut & Bolts, washer four clamp.11- Supply of MS Angle Iron frame size of 37x37x5 mm for fixing of MS welded wire mesh 18 SWG or pale fencing made from MS Sheet size 1500 mm x 75 mm x 18 SWG with MS Strip of size 35x5 mm size of full frame.
