    Bids Are Invited For Testing Service For On-Board /Commissioned Equipment/ Instrument Related To Plant Total Quantity : Submission Of Price Break Up With Bid : Bidder Is Requested To Submit Price Break Up In The Format Attached With The Bid. (I) Total Rate (All Inclusive) For Total Quantity Against Each Line I Tem Shall Be Quoted As Per Line Items In Gem Bid. (Ii) Bidder Shall Take Special Care Not To Mix Up Any Price Details R Equired To Be Submitted Against Part-Ii (Price Bid) With Part-I (T Echnical & Commercial Bid Except Price) And Vice Versa. Any Vi Olation Of The Above Shall Lead To Summarily Rejection Of Bid As Being Non-Responsive. (I) Price Break Up Is To Be Submitted Along With The Bid Documen Ts (Financial Document) As Break Up Cost Only With Part €“ 2 Price Bid. All Other Terms And Conditions Shall Be As Per Ten Der Document Only. (Iv) In Case Of Mismatch Between €Œtotal Price†Quoted By Bidder I N Gem Portal And Total Of Price Of All Items Of The €Œprice Bid Bre Ak-Upâ€, The €Œtotal Price†Quoted By Bidder In Gem Portal Only S Hall Be Considered. The Prices Of All The Items Of The €Œprice Bid Break-Up†Mentioned By The Bidder In The Submitted Document In Gem Portal, Will Stand Adjusted Accordingly In Proportion To T He Weighted Average Of Item-Wise Amount.
