Tender For Special Repair To Road At Eme Workshop, Map Qtrs And Certain External Approach Roads And Internal Road For Convenience Of Wheel Chair Bounds Patients Of Military Hospital Khadki Under Ge (Mh &Rh ) Khadki.; 1 M&L for repair to potholes any depth, not exc 1 sq m each including sweeping free from dust and mud, or water, scoring sunken surfaces in roads, paths, etc. cutting around edges to at least 25mm in depth, making good by filling in screened & graded road metal, watering and well ramming (including supply of road metal) all as specified and directed by engineer-in-charge. 2 M&L for scarfying or picking to the depth exc 50mm and n exe 100mm gavelled, macadam or bituminous macadam surfaces in area n exe 400 sqm allas specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. 3 M&L for Scarifying or picking gravelled, macadam or bituminous macadam surfaces in area exc 400 sqm and n.exc 100mm deepall as specified and directed by engineer-in-charge 4 M&L for providing 75mm thick WBMin single layers with course aggreagategranite trape or baslat of grading 2 spread rolled and consolidated to gradient and chamber with 8 to 10 Ton power rolled complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. 5 M&L for Preparing black top surfaceby brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc sweeping with brooms and finally fanningl the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc.and applying evenly a priming/tack coat with bituminous primeriming/tack coat with bituminous primer (Pavingbitumen ) at 10Kg/10 Sqm complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. 6 M&L preparing oldbituminoussurfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing cacked mud etc. and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc. and applying evenly a tack coatVG-10@7.50 Kg/10 Sqm over existing surface etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. 7 M&L for providing 75 mm thick (consolidated thickness) or less premixed bituminous macadam using paving bitumen (VG-30) @4% by weight of hot mix mixed with aggreagate (as specified) in hot mix plant , rolled consolidated with 8 to 12 ton power/vibratory roller to the required gradient and camber on prepared WBM/Bituminous surfacescomplete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.Note: The contractor quoted the rate shall be deemed to include the following elements:1. The contractor shall got the mix design done through Govt approved lab and same shall be got approved from GE before incorporating in the work.2. In case variation in the bitumen content as per approved design mix in comparison with the bitumen content as specified above, the variation in the quantity of bitumen shall be adjusted with price adjustment. 8 M&L for applying evenly a tack coat VG 10 @ 2.50 Kg/10 Sqm over existing surface etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. 9 M&L preparing oldbituminoussurfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing cacked mud etc. and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc. and applying evenly a tack coat VG-10@ 5.00 Kg/10 Sqm over existing surface etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. 10 M&L preparing oldbituminoussurfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing cacked mud etc. and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc. and applying evenly a tack coat VG-10@ 2.50 Kg/10 Sqm over existing surface etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. 11 M&L for providing bituminous pre-mix asphaltic dense concrete 30 mm consolideted thickness with 5.5% binder content by (paving bitumen VG -30) weight of total mix. Laid withmechanical paver rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient with 8to 12 ton power roller complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note: The contractor quoted rate shall be deemed to include the following elements:1. In case variation in the bitumen content as per approved design mix in comparison with the bitumen content as specified above, the variation in the quantity of bitumen shall be adjusted with price adjustment. 12 M & L Bituminous premix asphaltic semi dense concrete 40mm consolidated thickness with 5.5% binder contentof weight of total mix rolled compacted to required camber and gradient complete including preparing on black top surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc. sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc and applying evenly a priming/ tack coat with bituminous primer at 2.5 Kg per 10 Sqm with paving bitumenall as specified and directed by engineer-in-charge. 13 S&F in repairs Cat Eye of dimensions not less than 100mmX110mmX 20mm, conforming to IRC 67-1977 having road capacity of 40 tones giving reflections on both side. Colour of Cat eye is Red colour as per sample approved complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. 14 S&F in repairs solar stud aluminum alloy shall (100% water proofing design according to 65) of size 125mm x 125mm x 25mm (shank 65mm) of high efficiency Mono rystafie solar panel 2.4V/ 0.3 watt one NI-ed rechargeable battery (1.2V/ 1600MA) consisting of super bright LED with 10,000 to 18,000 mcd completed as per manufactures instructions etc. complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. 15 S & F in repairs metal tubular dealineator made out of ABS round body fitted with 2 Nos 65 mm dia highly reflective reflectors made out of PMMA and mounted on 45/50 mm dia mild steel pipe of 600 mm height duly powder coated and thermo plastic elastomer 3 bands of green, red and yellow reflector radium tape of 25 mm wide strips with anti theft steel net for reflector protection including embedding in PCC 1:2:4 (300x300x350mm) type B1 complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. 16 S&F in repairs 32 inches (80 cm ) dia. Polycarbonate convex mirror fibre moulded waterproof and weather proof with pole of 1.2 m long 40mm GI pipe and moulded bracket, embedded in PCC 1:2:4, type B1 incl, necessary earthwork etc, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. 17 M & L for preparing bituminous surfaces of road and marking 2.5mm thick centre lines, stop lines, dashes, arrows etc. and the like n. exc 10cm wide on roads pavements with hot applied thermo plastic road marking paint of approved colour confirming to BS 3262-1989 with special applicator machine all as per manufacturers instruction complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. 18 M & L for preparing bituminous surfaces of road and marking 2.5mm thick centre lines, stop lines, dashes, arrows etc. and the like n. exc 10cm wide on roads pavements with hot applied thermo plastic road marking paint of approved colour confirming to BS 3262-1989 with special applicator machine all as per manufacturers instruction complete all as specified and directed. 19 M&L for Laying and compacting 150 mm thick (compacted thickness) Wet Mix Macadam (WMM) grading as per table 400-13 of MaRTH specifications for Roadworks 2013 manufactured in WMM plant material comprising of clean, crushed, graded aggregate and granular material premixed with water to a dense mass, spreading with sensor paver and rolling with vibratory roller of capacity 80-100 KN static weight and consolidating to required gradient and camber complete all as specified and directed The finished surface tolerances to be as per Table 900-1 of MoRTH specificationsall as specified and directed by engineer-in-charge. 20 M & L for surface excavation n exc 30 cm deep & averaging15cm deep and getting out in any type of soil as in road berm all as specified and directed by engineer-in-charge. 21 Earthwork in excavation by mechanical means(Hydraulic excavator) over areas incl getting out & disposal of excavated n. exc 1.5 m deep and getting out in any type of soil & disposal of excavated earth upto a lead of 50m and lift of 1.5m, as directed by Engr-in Charge. 22 M & L for Reinforced concrete pipes of bore 450mm dia, class NP3, laid and jointed complete with collars,laid in trenches all as specified and directed. 23 M & L for removing excavated materials exc 250m but n.exc 500m and deposited where directed in soil all as specified and directed by engineer-in-charge. 24 M & L moorum/red bajri filling in road side berms spread thickness 100 mm, rolled and consolidated to required gradient and camber all as specified and directed by engineer-in-charge
