Tender For Repair And Maintenance Of 11 Kv Vcb And Its Connected Items Along With Ht Cable And Comprehensive Of Transformer Works Etc At East Side And Aats Under Ge (East) Agra.; 1 Excavation in trenches in soft/loose soil not exc 1.50 mtrs wide and not exc. 1.5 mtr deep and getting out for taking out/laying cable pole &stay etc including taking out old precast concrete cover complete all as specified and directed. 2 Returning, filling in, including spreading levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc. 25 cm thickcomplete all as specified and directed. 3 Removal of excavated surplus soil to a distance not exc. 50 mtr away and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5 mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and directed. 4 M&L for sand cushioning to under ground cable provided with layer of sand (8cm deep before laying the cable and 15 cm deep after laying the cable ie total 23 cm and after punning down sand cushioning will be 18 cm complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Punned down volume of sand will be considered for payment. 5 M&L for precast concrete cover class HV type 1, flat size 300mm x 180mm x 40mm laid in trenches for cable protectioncomplete all as specified and directed. 6 Supply, laying testing and commissioning in replacement trenches /passing through pipes/ on poles etc cable XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavyduty) with stranded aluminium conductor, 11000 volts, grade of size of cable 120 sq mm 3 core suitable for earthed system including taking out unserviceable cable complete all as specified and directed.Note :- ( Excavation & Earth work, Sand cushioning and precast concrete cover shall be measured and paid separately under relevant items of Sch. ‘A’). 7 All as per item No.6 here in before but size95 sqmm 3 core complete all as specified and directed. 8 M&L for defect rectification HT 11 KV cable laid in trenches by locating fault with the help of electronic fault locating machine comprising of surge generator pulse, ECHO fault locator with high frequency distance calculator etc.including and additionalexcavation in normal alluvial strata required forexposing the cable fault ; removal of deteriorated portion of cable treating of cable and keeping the same ready for jointing work for cable of size up to 185 Sq mm 3 core. The fault locating equipments will be brought to site within an hours of instruction from Engineer-in-Charge 9 Supply andjointing straight through heat shrink type joint complete with jointing material suitable for HT 11KV XLPE cable of size 95- 120 Sq mm 3 corecomplete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. 10 Supply and jointing heat shrinkable end termination outdoor joint with jointing material suitable for HT 11KV XLPE cable of size 95 - 120 Sq mm 3 core complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. 11 Taking out trolley of VCB 630/800 Amps 11 KV from the cabinet and opening top cover, de-carbonizing moving and fixed contacts if required, lubricating, inspecting the wiring ofMicro processor EF/OC relay, tripping coil electrical and checking for manual/auto tripping system completeandplacing back the breaker trolley in its original positionall as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. 12 Supplyonlyfor replacement of fixed contact block complete suitable for 630 Amps, 11 KV HT VCBsall as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. 13 Supply onlyfor replacement of moving contact block complete suitable for 630 Amps 11 KV HT VCBsall as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. 14 Supply onlyfor replacement of mechanical castle interlock assembly with key suitable for HT 11 KV VCB of rating 630 Ampscomplete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. 15 Supply onlyfor replacement of closing coil assembly 230 volts AC/ 24 volts DC,all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. 16 Supply onlyfor replacement of Tripping coil with plunger assembly 230 volts AC/24V DC,all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. 17 Supply onlyfor replacement of closing coilplunger with 24 volts DC,all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. 18 Supply onlyfor replacement of spout bushing 11 KV for VCB all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. 19 M & L for callibration of microproccessor E/F and O/C relay of VCB completeand calibrating with portable relay test kit to set time and fault level and adjustment of setting with according to load & time with main grid of Sekhawati/ Khyber linefor proper functioning complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. 20 Supply and fixin replacment of Vaccum interruptor type WL-33379 (4 inch dia) suitable for HT VCB 630 Ampsall as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. 21 S & F in replacement trip push button suitablefor HT 11 KV VCB complete all as specified and directed. 22 S & F in replacement of indicator lamp LED with holder (R/Y/B in colour) complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. 23 S & F in replacement of CT operated digital ampere meter 0 to 200 Amps flush pattern square type suitable to mounted on existing HT panel complete all as specified & directed. 24 S & F in replacement of selector switch suitable for voltmeter/amp meter complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. 25 S & F in replacement of shunt trip coil 30 volts DC for HT VCB all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. 26 Supply & Fixingin replacement motor and gear assembly 110 volts AC/24V DC UMG-14 type all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. 27 Supply & Fix in replacement of isolating contact assembly suitable for 630 Amps HT VCBs all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. 28 Supply & Fix in replacement Digital protective 3 phase over current and earth fault relay (CGI14N)for HT 11 KV VCB panel with high set and RS-485 MC61C complete with connection and testing on full load all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. 29 Disconnecting HT/LT sides of defective transformer indoor/outdoor installed on 2/4 pole structure/PCC foundation ofany capacity up to 800KVA and then drainage of complete transformer oil. Opening of top cover with due care and removal of all HT/LT winding connections from bushing and then lifting of core by means of tripod and chain pulley with due care for inspection and ascertain it’s serviceability state after keeping it aside. Removal of all sludge and unwanted material from tank and core, lowering of core assembly after carrying out required repairs to the winding and core. In case the repairs which are not possible at site then the transformer has to be taken to the work shop for repairs all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note :- the following items will be measured and paid separately under relevant items of the Sch ‘A’ (i)The cost of transportation.(ii)The cost of rewinding HT/LT coils (iii) The cost of dehydration/filtration’ (iv) The cost of transformer oil toping up /replaced any spares required for making transformer serviceable. 30 Material and labour for replacement of worn out HT copper coils (limb) made out of super enameled insulated copper wire all as per existing size and shape including all insulating,requisite insulating paper/material in each layer of binding,varnishing and baking in vacuum furnace complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge. 31 Material andlabour for replacement of worn out LT copper coils made out of super enameled insulated copper strip all as per existing size and shape including all insulating, binding,varnishing and baking in vacuum furnace complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge. 32 Material & labour for replacement of worn out bushing rod made out of copper/brass with heavy duty double nuts and one washer at both ends suitable for HT side all as exiting size, shape and length suitable for transformers all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. 33 Disconnecting HT/LT sides of defective transformer indoor/outdoor installed PCC foundation ofany capacity up to 500KVA and then drainage of transformer oil. upto bushing Opening of top cover and find out leakage/sepage of transformer oilfrom body / fins carrying out required repairs such as replacement of top gasket,HT/LT bushing, bushing gaskets/tap changer and rifillig the transformer oil after repair complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. 34 Material and labour for replacement of worn out rubberized cork sheet 4mm thick for transformer top cover all as required at site and as directed by engineer in charge suitable for transformersall as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. 35 Dehydration/filtration of transformer oil by means centrifuging machine electrically operated to remove moisture and chemical contains of oil at site of installation of transformer in running condition including testing of transformer oil before and after filtration by means of oil testing machine, keeping the electrodes at 2.5 mm gap and to achieve die electric strength of filtered oil 40 KV and above complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge. 36 Transportation of transformer to workshop from site of installation for repairs including loading and unloading of transformer, and reinstalled the transformer at site from where it was taken for repairs including connecting all HT/LT connections complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge. 37 Supply and topping up/replaced of transformer oil conforming to IS : 335 and with stand dielectric strength of 60 KV (when tested with 2.5 Gap electrode) in transformer complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge. 38 Preparation of old surface of transformer for painting externally including fins/radiators removal of all rust/oil/grease and unwanted material and then two coats of synthetic enamelpaint by means of spray gun at site of installation of transformer including writing SM No. & Cap of transformer complete all as specified and directed by Engineer- in- Charge suitable for transformersall as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. 39 Material and labour for replacement of worn out breather with silica gel all as per existing sample suitable for transformerscomplete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.Make :- Jaypuriya Brothers / Pactil / Elkay/Chemicals/ Ashirwad Chamical/ Jyoti minaral Ind 40 Material and labour for replacement of worn out off load tap changer set and connecting with existing windig to match the ratio of tap position all as per existing sample suitable for transformers all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. 41 Material and labour for oil temperature gauge suitable for transformers all as per existing shape and size for any make and model transformers all as specified and directed incl taking out old gauge all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. 42 Supply, installation, commissioning and testing of air break switch gang operated HT 11 KV triple pole outdoor type with 12 insulator 200 Amps rating with drop out fuse assly with fuse carrier and the fuse element mounted on insulator and steel frame mechanically operated with operating mechanism consisting of operating rod of 25mm bore light grade GI pipe of suitable length operative from ground level and with locking arrangement with MS flat iron clamp 50 x 6 mm including MS channel of suitable size and length to fixing GOD including nuts, bolts and washers all as specified and directed (25mm GI pipe shall be mesured seperately) 43 Supply and fixing Danger notice plate of 1.6mm thick mild steel sheet, vitreous enamelled white, with letters, figures and conventional skull and bones in signal red colour and fixed with M.S. clamps, bolts and nuts of approved size, for HT, 25x20cm size complete all as specified and directed. 44 M & L forearthing complete with copperearth plate electric 60 cm x 60 cm x 3.15mm buried directly and vertically in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 mdeep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 m below normal ground level connected to Copper strip 20 x 3 mm as earth lead by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised steel and including necessary earth work execution in any type of latent rock, PCC 1:3:6 type C2 chamber and chamber cover 50mm (PCC 1:2:4) with 8 mm dia CTD reinforcement watering pipe 20mm dia GI, protection pipe for copper strip 40mm dia GI light grade, salt, coal, magnesium sulphate and water funnel etc complete all as per electrical plate No 4 of SSR Part I nuts, washers of GI or steel, including PCC (concrete chamber) shall be PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate, with fair finish internal surface of concrete chamber shall be given 15mm thick plaster in CM 1:4, funnel with wire gauge mesh, 80 mm thick RCC pit cover 320 mm x 320 mm of RCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate reinforced with XPM, JALLI and charcoal dust and common salt all as shown in electrical plate No 3 of MES SSR Part-I (2009) and specified includingprovision of GI stripprotected by 40 mm dia medium grade pipe and watering pipe shall be 20mm bore medium grade, and including all excavation andearth work & connecting the earthing to an earthing test pointcomplete all as specified & directed by Engr-in-Charge. 46 Removing of old paint by removers scrubing from HT steel poles 11 mtr, cross arms clamps etc for painting and M &L for painting with one coat of superior quality aluminum paint on exposed surface of poles including clamps and cross arms mounted on the poles and MS sections as under making black strip upto1.5 Mtr height from ground level and writing pole Nos etc. with approved colour synthetic enamel paint compete allas specified and directed 47 Triming of tree branches upto 100mm thick and around 01 mtr HT/LT OH line complete all as specified and directed 48 Supplying and fixing MCCB, 630 Amps, 4 pole, 415 Volts, AC supply, having breaking capacity Icu = 50 KA with adjustable load setting, thermal magnetic release complete all as directed. 49 Supplying and fixing MCCB, 400 Amps, 4 pole, 415 Volts, AC supply,having breaking capacity Icu = 35/36 KA with adjustable load setting, thermal magnetic release complete all as directed.
