Tender For Repair/Renewal And Certain Maintenance Of Gi Water Pipe Line At Age B/R-Ii Area And Other Certain Loation Under Ge Gwalior.; 1 Supply & Laying in trenches galvanised steel water tubing ofmedium grade with all fittings such as bends, elbows, tees, unions, nipples, short pieces etc as required at site of size 100 mm dia complete incl taking out old unserviceable pipe line alongwith fittings from existing connections of size 100 mm dia complete all as specified and directed.Note :- (i) Excavation and earth work shall be measured and paid seperately under relevant item of Sch A (ii) The rates quoted inclusive of cutting, jointing and testing of the pipe. 2 All as per item No.1 above but of size 80mm dia. 3 All as per item No. 1 above but of size 50mm dia. 4 All as per item No. 1 above but of size 40 mm dia. 5 All as per item No. 1 above but of size 25 mm dia. 6 Supply & Fixing galvanised steel water tubing of medium grade with all fittings such as bends, elbows, tees, unions, nipples, short pieces etc and fixed complete to walls and ceilings or laid in floors all as directed of size 25 mm dia complete. Note:- (i) The rates quoted inclusive of cutting, jointing and testing of the pipe. 7 All as per item No. 6 above but of size 20 mm dia. 8 Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5M width and not exceeding 1.5M depth and getting out for laying of pipe etc in soft/loose soil. 9 Returning, filling including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm in in soft/loose soil. 10 Removing excavated surplus in soft/loose soil to a distance not exceeding 50M and depositing where directed and at a level not exceeding 1.5M above the starting point. 11 Material & Labour for PCC 1: 3: 6 type C1, using 20mm graded crushed trap stone aggregate & grouting in cement mortar 1:4 for making good road cutting. 12 S&F gun metal gate valves with iron wheel head screwed at both ends for iron pipes complete including dismantling of old unserviceable gate valve fixed at any location of Size 50 mm dia all as directed. 13 All as per item No. 12 above but of size 40 mm dia. 14 All as per item No. 12 above but of size 25 mm dia. 15 All as per item No. 12 above but of size 20 mm dia. 16 Material & Labour for CI non return valve (NRV) conforming to IS 5312, ISI marked with GM flap of size 200 mm and connected with necessary bolts, nuts & washers, gaskets etc complete including dismantling of old unserviceable non return valve all as directed. 17 Material & Labour for CI non return valve (NRV) conforming to IS 5312, ISI marked with GM flap of size 150 mm and connected with necessary bolts, nuts & washers, gaskets etc complete including dismantling of old unserviceable non return valve all as directed. 18 Supply & Fix for CI Foot Valve ISI marked with Half round Double GM flap of size 200 mm and connected with necessary bolts, nuts & washers, gaskets etc complete including dismantling of old unserviceable non return valve all as directed. 19 Supply and fix cast iron sluice valve PN-1.6 conforming to IS 14846/2000, ISI Mark with MS spindle and iron wheel head with both ends flanged with new rubber gasket, bolts and nuts including dismantling of old unserviceable sluice valve fixed at any location of size 300 mm dia all as directed. 20 All as per item No. 19 above but of size 250 mm dia. 21 All as per item No. 19 above but of size 200 mm dia. 22 All as per item No. 19 above but of size 150 mm dia. 23 All as per item No. 19 above but of size 100 mm dia. 24 All as per item No. 19 above but of size 80 mm dia. 25 M&L for Construction of valve chambers of size 1.5x1.5 x1.2 internal dimentions with 150 mm thick PCC foundation 1:4:8 type D2 using 40 mm graded trap stone aggregate, 230 mm thick brick masonary wall with sub class B bricks builts in cement mortar 1:4:10 mm thick plastering to brick masonary in cement mortar internally and externally upto 15 cm below ground level, 50 mm thick coping with PCC 1:2:4 type B1 using 20 mm graded crushed trap stone aggregate valve chamber having coller frame size 1.5x1.5 x1.2made of mild steel angles of size 50mm x 50mm x 6mm and cover made of 2.5 mm thick mild steel sheet framed by 40x40x5 mm MS angle having 02 nos cross X supprt fixed with coller frame by mild steel hinges - 02 Nos, locking arrangements with provision of locks and painting the steel surfaces with two coats of alluminium enameled paint over a coat of zinc chromate primer including neccessary earth work, excavation, all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge . 26 All as per item No. 25 above but of size 1.5M x 1.5M X 1.5M (Internal Size) 27 M & L for rectification of joint leakage of CI/DI pipeline incl excavation, return filling, leadwool, lead pig, tyton Joint, D Joint, MS Clamp and short piece of CI/DI pipes as required at site etc of size 300 to 400 mm dia pipe all as required and directed at site.Note:- Contractor will have to make arrangement for T&P, drain out/ pump out water. cutting of road/ path/culvert shall be make good as per original existing without any extra cost. 28 All as per item No. 27 above but of size 200 to 250 mm dia pipe. 29 All as per item No. 27 above but of size 100 to 150 mm dia pipe. 30 All as per item No. 27 above but of size 80 mm dia pipe. 31 Repair to leakage of existing GI pipe line15 mm to 20 mm bore in any positions (joints, fittings etc) on wall, roof, floor etcincluding replacement of GI fittings such astee, sockets elbows, unions nipples, reducers etc including necessaryexcavation and earth work complete all as directed by Engineer in Charge. Note:- Minimum hiring time not less than 3 Hrs 56 Material & Labour for CI non return valve (NRV) conforming to IS 5312, ISI marked with GM flap of size 100 mm and connected with necessary bolts, nuts & washers, gaskets etc complete including dismantling of old unserviceable non return valve all as directed. 57 Material & Labour for CI non return valve (NRV) conforming to IS 5312, ISI marked with GM flap of size 80 mm and connected with necessary bolts, nuts & washers, gaskets etc complete including dismantling of old unserviceable non return valve all as directed. 58 Boring of holes under road, pavement, hard standing by trenches technology up to size 25mm to 100mm complete all as specified and directed 59 Supply only Calcium Hypochlorite 65% to 70% chlorine content in packed with 45 Kg each drum (calcium based granular disinfectant for water treatment much more stable than chlorine gas and stronger than bleaching powder & sodium hypochlorite complete all as specified and directed. Make : Aquafit or equivalent as approved by NMPT committee of E- in-Cs Branch.
