Note: Demolished material through out of MoD Land rate included above item. 2 M&L for Brick work with sub class B bricks straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and as directed. 3 M&L for 15 mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:4) on brick / concrete/ stone surfaces mixed with water proofing compound as per manufacturer instruction,finished even and smooth using extra cementcomplete all as specified and as directed. 4 Supply only liquid water proofing compound. 5 M&L for precast cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate including necessary form work as in manholes cover slab etc, set in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed. 6 Excavating over areas, n exc 1.5 m deep and getting outin soft/loose soil complete all as specified and as directed. 7 Excavating over areas, exc 1.5 m and not exc 3.0 m deep and getting outin soft/loose soil complete all as specified and as directed. 8 Excavating over areas, exc 3.0 m and not exc 4.5 m deep and getting outin soft/loose soil complete all as specified and as directed. 9 Excavating in trenches n exc 1.5 m wide and n. exc. 1.5 m in depth; for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. n exc 10 sq m on plan and n exc 1.5 m in depth and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Demolished material through out of MoD Land rate included above item. 14 M&L, PCC 1:4:8 type D2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as inconcrete bed to drain pipes of 150 mm bore including packing under, and haunching against the sides of pipes after they are laid and tested; including necessary form work complete all as specified and as directed. 15 S&F for reinforced concrete pipes 150mm bore class NP-2 laid and jointed with collar in CM 1:1 complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge. 16 M&L, Sand filling under floors or in foundations including watering and consolidation complete all as specified and as directed. 17 M&L for DWCPE(SN8) 180 (OD)/163 (ID) mm diameter pipes laid on 150mm thick bed with excavation in any type of soil, including manholes/drop manholes of standard size made of brick masonry/ RCC/precast RCC with SFRC ventilating cover and frame. including all items and activities to execute and make sewr line functional. Note: As per IS 16098 (Part 2) : 2013 para A-4. 1.2.4 (a) any form of cement concrete structural bedding would not be necessary under normal conditions, even for maximum combination loading (where load + backfill). Note: Demolished material through out of MoD Land rate included above item. 42 M&L for Cleaning/clearing of chocked sewage lines of any depth by removing any type ofblockage from sewage drain pipes up to and including 150mm dia to 300mm dia by rodding or any othermechanical means from manholes to manholes or from trap and flusing with water after cleaning. Sludge/sludge water to be disposed of through septic tank & soakage well/ pits and sludge in form of semi solid/loose state will be disposed off in a pit(the rate for digging & closing of pit with soils including in the rates) including taking off manhole covers and re fixing the same after cleaning. Sewage lines cleared/cleaned under this item is to bemaintained and kept fully functional by removing any type of blockage. Note : The sewage lines and all the manholes shall be maintained in funtional state through out of the year currency of contract. 43 M&L for Cleaning and clearing of floor trap, nahani trap, gully trap, urinal out let trap, WC (Indian or EWC), WHB, Sink outlet by removing the CP or PVC grating anc Cl oval access door of any size and re fixing the same in good condition after cleaning the blockage etc complete all as specified and directed. 44 M&L for Pumping out sewage water from septic tank & soak well where required by sewer Sunction Machine as directed with taking precautionary measures including tools & plants as required and removal of sludge and other foreign materials out side of the Defence land complete (working in foul condition) complete all as specified and directed. 45 M&L for Cleaning and de sledging of manholes of up to 1.5 mtr depth including taking out sledge in any form along with all other foreign materials by mechanical equipment or manually or by way of any other suitable means, including and dispose off sludge and other foreign materials out side of the Defence land and re fixing of man hole covers etc complete (working in foul condition) complete all as specified and directed. 46 M&L for Cleaning and de sledging of manholesexc 1.5 mtr but n.exc 3 mtr depth including taking out sludge in any form along with all other foreign materials by Sewer Sunction Machine and dispose off sludge andother foreign materials out side of the defence land and re fixing of man hole covers etc complete (working in foul condition) complete all as specified and directed. 47 M&L for Cleaning and de sledging of manholesexc 3 but n.exc 6 mtr depth including taking out sludge in any form alongwith all other foreign materials by Sewer Sunction Machine and dispose off sludge andother foreign materials out side of the defence land and re fixing of man hole covers etc complete (working in foul condition) complete all as specified and directed. 48 S&F for in repairs mild steel Chromium plated grating 100 mm dia, fixed in repair, complete all as specified and directed. 49 M&L for cast iron nanitrap 125 /100plain with gratingincl. jointing with solvent cement as in repair, complete all as specified and directed.
