Plywood shall be fixed over three nos stiffeners of 25mmx25mm x16 gauge MS tubewelded parallel to the short rails in equal distance. 8mm dia round head countershank bolts and nuts with washer shall be used by drilling 2 holes on each stiffernes complete all as specifed and as directed 87 (b)Dismantling old broken/unserviceable long rail and S&F 32mm bore GI pipe medium grade, ISI marked as new long rail for GI Charpoy as per FD-220 including threading at both ends and provision of two check neuts of 6mm thick suitable for 32mm bore pipe complete all as specified and as directed.(Note : Each long rail shall be measured separately) 88 (c )Dismantling old broken/unserviceable short rail and replacing the same by using the GI Pipe obtained under dismantling of long rails by cutting into required broken/unserviceable legs and replacing the same by using the GI Pipe obtained under dismantling of short rails by cutting into required size including threading at one end for GI charpoy as per unserviceable top made of 18mm thick particle board of size 600X450mm with white finish beaded with PVC beading 18x1.8 mm all around the top complete all as specified and as directed. 100 (b)Removing of all dust and dirt/old paint etc by Paint Remover/Scraper, etc. from completer frame of Teapoy Varanda and prepare it painting and applying Two Coats of Synthetic Enamelled White Paint to complete Frameall as specified and as directed.. 101 (c) Provn ofwelding to the broken Joints/Parts of TEAPOY VERANDAH upto 4-6 joints including providing MS conduit pipe 19/20mm, 16 Gauge(upto the required length approx 610mm long to Each Chair duly fabricated) for replacing broken Parts and to complete the existing Chair Frame including its smoothening for repainting / recanning, complete all as shown
