Tender For Maintenance/Repairs To Solar Water Heaters/Geysers.; 1 Material & Labour for disconneting electrically and mechanically the existing geyser of any description, any capacity and make / type and in any position for repair /replacement /painting/cleaning etc including disconneting existing cold and hot water pipe connections, strip opening of geyser for descaling of tank element, thermostate, inlet/outlet water pipe connection etc using suitable chemical/wire brush, replacement of unserviceabe parts, re-assembling the same after, repair/descaling, fixing in position including, connecting inlet/outlet water pipe connection, electrical connections any testing of geyser complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. 2 Dismantling and taking down the defective geysers upto25 Ltrs capacity from wall after disconnecting inlet and outlet water connection and un-screwing bolts and nuts carefully for repairs.Note: Repair works will be measured and paid seperately under relevant items. 3 All as per item No 02 but forthe geyser of 50 Ltrs capacity 4 M & L for refixing only geyser 3/25/50 Ltr capacity in position and connecting water line, electric connection, etc after repair. Note : Repair works will be measured and paid seperately under relevant items. 5 Supply & fix in repairs apparatus plate assy with inlet, outlet and thermostat pipes with drain plug and screws for fixing the element inclusive of clamps for holding the elementwith nut and bolts (Syphon assebly) suitable for geysers of any make and capaity 25 Ltr complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. 6 All as per item No 05 here-in-before but capacity of Geysers 50 Ltrs. 7 Supply & fix in repair electric heating element of the 1500 Watt ratings at site including rubber ring washers ISI marked complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. 8 Supply & fix in repair electric heating element of the 2000 Watt ratings at site including rubber ring washers ISI marked complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. 9 Supply & fix in repairthermostat 40-90 degree centigrade vering capacity for the geyser of the following capacity 25/50 ltrs duly ISI marked complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. 10 Supply & fix in repairthermostat 25-75 degree centigrade vering capacity for the geyser of the following capacity 25/50 ltrs duly ISI marked complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. 11 Supply and fix in repairs thermal cut out of bimetallic disc type with snap action switch with manual reset knob for geyser of any make and of capacity 25/50 Ltr. 12 Supply & fix in repair for safety valve/high pressure valve ISI marked for geyser 25/50 litres capacity as per sample complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. 13 Supply & fix in repair for stainless steel 304 grade connection pipe heavy duty chrome finish 15 mm size with PTMT nuts of length 600 mm suitable for cold hot water for geyser complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge. 14 Supply & fix in repair for stainless steel 304 grade connection pipe heavy duty chrome finish 15 mm size with PTMT nuts of length 450 mm suitable for cold & hot water for geyser complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge. 15 Supply & fix in repairs for indicating lamp (Red & Green) round / flat type 230 Volt as requiredfor geyser 25/50 litres capacity as per sample complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. 16 Supply & fix in repairs storage tank made out of SS tank (inner tank) suitable forgeyser 25 Ltr capacity size of vertical geyser not less than 2mm thick complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. 17 All as per item No 16 here-in-before but capacity of Geysers 50 Ltrs. 18 Supply & fix in repairs top cover / bottom cover for Geyser 25/50 Ltr capacity, as required on site duly painted with white enamel paint complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. 19 M & L for detecting leakage and arresting water leakage by gas welding /brazing/soldering for any capacity of geysers and inserting the inner tube in to position including replacement of gasket, bolt and nuts etc complete. 20 S&F battery 100 Ah, 12 Vincluding connector wire, terminal connector, nut and botls etc fume and leak resistant, spark arrestor fitted in float to restrict fumes and acid during operation. Clean top with no surface leakage, moulded handles to ensure easy handling complete all as specified and directed. 21 Supply & fix in repairs metal plug top 20Amps 3 pin complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. 22 Supply & fix in repairs metal plug top 15Amps 3 pin complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. 23 Supply and fix in repairs PVC flexible cable three core with copper conductor of size 2.5 sqmm for geyser connection. 24 Supply and fix in repairs sheet metal enclosure plug top and MCBs single pole and neutal enclosure with two pin and earth plug and socket complete with one single pole MCB 240volt, 20 Amps complete all as specified and directed. 25 M & L for servicing solar water heater system complete after drain out water from inner storage tank of capaicty 100 liters / 200 liters, flushing out the system, including replacement of coupling washer, flushing out the solar panel copper tubing with chemicals for removing the scale detecting water leakage if any complete. 26 Material & labour for removing old broken/damaged solar water evacuated vacuum tube and supply and fix in replacement solar water evacuated vacuum tube of existing make, model and size, inner tube of outer surface coated with (Al-N-Al) for excellent solar radiation and absorption high efficiency three layers tube for 100 LPD with proper airtight rubber white o ring and black o ring washer and whichever be required to make servicable of this item complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Make:TATA BP/KONARK/RASMI. 27 Dismantling and taking out the unserviceable copper tube assembling from the solar panel, cleaning the system with suitable chemicals detecting and arresting the water leakage/blockage by cutting and soldering and reinstaling the cutting and soldering the copper tubing assemblywater inlet and outlet to the system and testing complete all as directed. 28 Dismantling and taking out the inner tank of capaicty 100 liters / 200 liters of solar water heater, after disconnecting water and electric connections, shifting the same to local work shop and arresting water leakage by brazing/soldering and inserting the same in to its original position and connecting and testing complete. 29 Supply and fix 7 Fin Toughened glass suitable for100 liters capaicty solar water heater of make TATA BP /Rashmi /Konark including taking down the old unservicable glass and dispose the same as directed. 30 All as per item No. 29 here-in-before but of 9Fin Toughened glass . 31 All as per item No. 29 but of 11Fin Toughened glass suitable for 200 liters capaicty solar water heater of make TATA BP /Rashmi /Konark . 32 All as per item No. 29 but of 12Fin Toughened glass suitable for200 liters capaicty solar water heater of make TATA BP /Rashmi /Konark . 33 Supply and fix in replacement copper fins/pipe of diameter upto 5/8 inch for 100/200 liters capacitysolar water heater all as specified and directed. 34 S & F in repairs heating elements 2KW capacity with inbuiltthermostat suitable for 100 liters capacity solar water heater. Clean top with no surface leakage, moulded handles to ensure easy handling complete all as specified and directed. 54 M&L for disconnecting existing water tanks capacity exc 250 & not exc 500 ltr, setting aside (or lowering if required) for repairs, cleaning, etc and hoisting if required reconnecting and re-fixing in position. (Cleaning repairing, etc measured separately). 55 M&L for cleaning and removing all scale and dirt by using bleaching powder & chlorineetc from tanks of capacity exc 250 & not exc 500 Ltrs and from mouths of ciculting pipes etc complete all as specified and directed. 56 M&L for Sub main wiring complete with 2 runs of 2.5 Sqmm single core PVC insulated FRLS cable 1100 volts grade multistranded copper conductor cable with one run of 2.5 Sqmm single core PVC insulated FRLS cable 1100 volts grade, multistranded copper conductor cable as earth continuity conductor, drawn through and including 25 mm or higher dia non metallic rigid PVC conduit and conduit accessories in concealed conduit all as specified and as directed. Note :- 2 runs of 2.5 sqmm, 1 run of 2.5 sqmm earth wire and 1 run of PVC conduit shall be measured as one unit length 57 M&L for PCC using cement concrete mortar 1:2:4 type B1, using 20 mm graded stone aggregate for foundation 0.10 x 0.10 x 0.10 mtr and as reuired on site for fixing of solar water tank steel structure complete all as specified and directed. 58 M&L for preparation of old painted surfaces and priming with one coat of red oxide, zinc chrome, two coat of Synthetic enamel painting on steel and iron surfaces of Solar water heater steel / water tank mounting base structure complete all as specified and directed.
