Tender For Repair/ Maintenance Of E/M Installations And Allied Works At Drass Under Ge Kargil.; 1 Dismantling of plain corrugated steel sheeting, any gauge, thickness, including Nainital or similar pattern roof coverings etc complete all as specified and directed by the Engg-in-Charge. 2 S&F Pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel 0.50 mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/ cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and directed by the Engg-in-Charge. 3 S&F Pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based plain steel sheet 0.50 mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/ cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and directed by the Engg-in-Charge. 4 Demolition of PCC (un-reinforced) in ground floors & pavings n.exc 15cm thickness below or above ground level complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. 5 M&L for 75mm thick, PCC type C-2 1:3:6 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in sub base flooring, Hardstanding, surface finished even and rough to receive floor topping complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. 6 M&L for 25 mm thick PCC type B-0, 1:2:4 (12.5mm graded stone aggregate) as in floor or similar works complete all as specified and directed by the Engg-in-Charge. 7 M&L PCC 1:4:8type D-2(using 40mm graded stone agg) in foundation, filling and mass concrete or similar works complete all as specified and directed by the Engg-in-Charge. 8 M&L for coloured chequered cement concrete tiles 300x300x25 mm thick, with grey cement and pigments, set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors including 20 mm thick screed bed in CM (1:4) complete all as specified and directed by the Engg-in-Charge. 9 Demolition of Stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc laid bedded and pointed in any mortar complete all as specified and directed by the Engg-in-Charge. 10 M&L for machine cut Kota stone slab flooring 20-25mm thick, over cement screed bed or bedding layer of cement mortar 20 mm thick in CM 1:6 for laying floor finishes base laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and mirror polishing complete all as specified and directed by the Engg-in-Charge. 11 Dismantling of floor hearth and wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) and removing rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. 12 M&L Non skid Ceramic colouredtiles 300x300x7 to 8mm thickarea of each tilesexc 0.06 sqm but not exc 0.11 sqm, in floors etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over 15mm screed bed in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed by the Engg-in-Charge. 13 M&L for Coloured Glazed ceramic tiles of size 300x450x7 mm thick in vertical surfaceset and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white cement with pigment to match the shade of tiles laid over and including 10 mm thick rendering in CM (1:3) complete all as specified and directed by the Engg-in-Charge. 14 Dismantling of Stone sett paving of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc. laid dry or laid in cement morter complete all as specified and directed by the Engg-in-Charge. 15 M&L for machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block of any shape and size conforming to IS 15658-2006 of 60 mm thickness, M-35 Grade with grey cement and pigment over 25mm thick sand cushion complete all as specified and directed by the Engg-in-Charge.(Note- Sand cushion measured and paid seperately) 16 M&L for Sand filling under floors or in foundation including watering and consolidation complete all as specified and directed by the Engg-in-Charge. 17 Demoliton of stone/ boulder masonry, precast concrete articles and precast concrete block walling including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc built in cement mortar of any description not other specifically provided for etc complete all as specified and directed by the Engg-in-Charge. 18 M&L for precast cement concrete type C1 (1:3:6) (using 20mm graded crushed stone agg) block masonary with solid blocks exc 10 cm in width and setting in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed by the Engg-in-Charge. 19 Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls, etc including raking out joints, hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed by the Engg-in-Charge. 20 M&L for rendering 15mm thick cement plaster in CM (1:4) finished even & fair without using extra cement on brick/concrete surfaces complete all as specified and directed by the Engg-in-Charge. 21 M&L rendering 15mm thick cement plaster in CM (1:6) finished even & fair withoutusing extra cement on brick/concrete surfaces complete all as specified and directed by the Engg-in-Charge. 22 M&L for applying two coats of cement based paint on newly plastered surfaces of walls over a coat of primer includingpreparation of surfaces complete all as specified and directed by the Engg-in-Charge. 23 M&L for preparation of new plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of OBD over a coat of 1mm thick putty for making the surface even and smooth complete all as specified and directed by the Engg-in-Charge. 24 Taking down chowkats or frames not exc 1.5 Sqm with shutters (without taking off shutters from the frames) each complete all as specified and
