Tender For Repair/ Maintenance And Cleaning Of Sewage Line, Manholes, Septic Tank And Soakage Well At Bhimbat And Thasgam Under Ge Kargil.; 1 Dewatering and cleaning of septic tank, including removing sludge with water, waste material from tanks/pits and depositing off the materials safely without nuisance to civil locality outside MoD land by means of tankers attached with motor vehicle complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge (Note:The bailed out sludge is to be depossited into a before excavated chembar incl making the chamber covered by returning filling of soil after sludge disposal (The rate of the excavation & RFR is deemed to be included in the quoted item rate). 2 Dewatering and cleaning of soakage well/soakage pits and depositing off the materials safely without nuissance to civil locality outside MoD land by means of tankers attached with motor vehicle complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. (Note:The bailed out sludge is to be depossited into a before excavated chembar incl making the chamber covered by returning filling of soil after sludge disposal (The rate of the excavation & RFR is deemed to be included in the quoted item rate). 3 Cleaning of Sewer pipe line of 100/150/200 mm dia by rodding etc from one manhole to next manhole or from cleaning eye to next man hole and well flushing after cleaning with water complete all as directed by the Engr-in-Charge (Note- Length of pipe line shall be measured from outer face of one manhole to outer face of next manhole for payment) 4 Cleaning of choked/blocked/filled WC any type and cleaning of froozen water and accumulated sludge by heating method with blow lamps or any other method and roding the cast iron pipe 100mm bore/150 mm SGSW pipeupto soakage well without damaging the WC and pipe complete all as specified anddirected by Engr-in-charge. 5 Dismantling ofPVC drain pipes of any size or any dia in any position/description including disposal or removing to store complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. 6 Demolition of Brickwork or stone/boulders masonry built in cement mortar complete all as specified and as directed by the Engr-in-charge. 7 Taking down cement plaster on Brickor concrete surfaces incl racking out joints hacking for key scrubbing downwith water etc complete all as specified and directed by the Engg-in-Charge. 8 Demolition of RCC of any description in any position above or below ground level complete all as specified and directed by the Engg-in-Charge. 9 Excavation in trenchesnot exceeding 1.5m wide and not exceeding 1.5m deep for foundations etc or for shafts cespits, manholes etc not exceeding 10 Sqm on plan and getting out in hard/dense soil complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. 10 Excavation over areas n.exc 1.5 m depth in hard/dense soil and getting out complete all as specified and directed by the Engg-in-Charge. 11 M&L for PCC (1:4:8) type D-2 using 40mm graded stone aggreegaate as in sub base of floors, foundations and mass concrete filling etc complete all as specified and directed by the Engg-in-Charge. 12 S&F 110mm bore pipe PVC (SWR) pipes single socketed, in any length with rubber ring joints, laid in trenches or in floor complete all as specified anddirected by Engr-in-charge. 13 S&F 160mm bore pipe PVC (SWR) pipes single socketed, in any length with rubber ring joints, laid in trenches or in floor complete all as specified and directed by the Engg-in-Charge. 14 M&L for Concrete bed to drain pipe in PCC (1:4:8) Type-D-2,using 40 mm graded stone aggregate including packing under and haunching against the sides of pipes after they are laid and tested, for 100 mm bore of pipe complete all as specified and directed by the Engg-in-Charge. (Note:- Earth work shall be measured and paid separately) 15 M&L for Concrete bed to drain pipe in PCC (1:4:8) Type-D-2,using 40 mm graded stone aggregate including packing under and haunching against the sides of pipes after they are laid and tested, for 150 mm bore of pipe complete all as specified and directed by the Engg-in-Charge.(Note:- Earth work shall be measured and paid separately) 16 M&L for precast cement concrete type C1 1:3:6 (using 20mm graded aggregate)block masonry with soild block, exc 10cm width and setting in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge 17 M&L for stone masonry walling of random rubble, uncoursed, well bonded, bedded and solidly hearted, bulit in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. 18 M&Lfor Walling of random rubble, uncoursed, well bonded, laid dryin retaining walls, abutments and similar workcomplete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. 19 M&L PCC type C1 1:2:4 (20mm graded aggregate) as in coping complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge 20 M&L for rendering 15mm thick in CM 1:6 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed by the Engg-in-Charge. 21 M&L for preparation of new plastered surfaces on walls and applying two coats of cement based paint over a coat ofprimer complete all as specified and directed by the Engg-in-Charge. 22 M&L precast cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 (using 20mm graded aggregate) as in manhole covers or similar works set in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed by Engg in charge. 23 Supply only liquid water proofing compound ISI marked sealed in containers complete all as specified and as directed by Engr- in-Charge. 24 M&L RCC 1:2:4type B-1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate ) as in slabs supported on walls, beams and columns in floors, roofs etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. 25 M&L TMT bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bend spirally for hooping for column, hooking ends and binding with and including MS wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed by the Engg-in-Charge. 26 M&L for form work to soffits of suspended slabs such as roof slabs floor slab landings and similar work not exc 20 cm thick, (horizontal or slooping ) for rough finished flat surfaces of concrete complete all as specified and directed by the Engg-in-Charge. 27 Returning, filling in, trenches including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm in excavated soil complete all as specified and directed by the Engg-in-Charge. 28 Removing excavated materials (soils) to a distance n.exc 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed by the Engg-in-Charge. 29 S&F High grade stainless steel toilet pan of size 58.5x48.2x30.0 cm (excludiig flushing cistern and flush pipe) complete all as specified and directed by the Engg-in-Charge. 30 S&F in repair vitrious china wash down water closet pan (pedestal pattern) white (excluding fixing bolts, flushing cistern and flush pipe) complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge 31 S&F in repair plastic water closet seat white, closed pattern with flat bottom and cover and mild steel chromium plated or aluminised hinging device complete all as specified and as directed 32 S&F in repair PVC flushing cistern valveless syphonic action type flushing cistern low level 10 Ltrs white with inlet ball valve float and handle incl bracket complete all as specified and directed by the Engg-in-Charge. 33 S&F in repair one piece EWC chinaware with soft closet cover and mounted flushing cistern of size 620x370x670mm white in colour complete all as specified and directed by the Engg-in-Charge. 34 Note : Deduction for amount of Rs. 23,515.00 as listed in Schedule A Part-II (Schedule of Credit) shall be made while awarding of contract.
