Tender For Periodical Services To Ashok Vihar Gagan Vihar Certain Units At Rms; 1 M&L for one coat of white wash on old decorated wall surfaces including removing of grass, creepes, vegitation growth etc complete all as specified and as directed. 2 All as per item No 1.00 (here-in-before) but on ceiling 3 M&L preparation of old decorated plastered surface of wall & applying one coat of cement base paint upto 3 storeyed bldg complete all as specified and as directed. 4 M&Lforcomplete removal of existing treatement on old plastered surface of wall & applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat of cement primer upto 3 storeyed bldg complete all as specified and as directed. 5 M&Lforcomplete removal of existing treatement on old plastered surface of wall & applying two coats of oil bound distemper over a coat ofprimer complete all as specified and as directed. 6 M&L for complete removal of exisitng treatment of old decorated surfaces ofwall applying two coats of oil emulsion distemper over a coat of primer over coat of wall care putty(2mm thick in two layers) for obtained smoothness of wall surfaces complete all as specified and directed. 7 M&L for applying one coat of oil bound distemper on old surfaces of wall including preparation of surfaces complete all as specified and as directed. 8 M&L for applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint (1st grade) on old decorated wooden surfaces of any description including preparation of old wooden surfaces area over 10cm width & girth complete all as specified and as directed. 9 M&L for applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint (1st grade) on old decorated steel surfaces of any description including preparation of old steel surfaces area over 10cm width & girth complete all as specified and as directed. 10 M&L for complete removal of exisitng treatment of old decorated surfaces ofwall applying two coats of exterior weather paint over one coat of primerover a coat of putty(2mm thick in two layers)onwall surface upto 3 storeyed bldg complete all as specified and directed. 11 M&L for complete removal of exisitng treatment of old decorated surfaces ofwall applying two coats of exterior weather paint over one coat of primeronwall surface upto 3 storeyed bldge complete all as specified and directed. 12 M & L applying one coat of weather coat acrylic exterior paint on old treatedsurfaces of wall/floor including preparation ofsurfaces upto 3 storeyed bldg complete all as specified and as directed. 13 M&L for rendering 15mm thick in CM (1:4) onbrick work or concrete surfaces,upto 3 storey building including necessary scaffolding, using water proofing compound @ 2% of cement content finished even and smooth without using extra cementincluding taking down old plasters complete all as specified and as directed.Note: Wpc will be measured and paid separately. 14 Supply only integral water proofing compound complete all as specified and as directed 15 M&L for rendering 15mm thick in CM (1:6) onbrick work or concrete surfaces finished fair and even without using extra cementincluding taking down old plasters complete all as specified and as directed. 16 M&L for rendering 10mm thick in CM (1:3) onconcrete surfaces as in ceiling/RCC work at any position(upto 3 storey building) finished even and smooth without using extra cementincluding taking down old plasters complete all as specified and as directed. 17 M&L for applying two coats of oil emulsion distemper over a coat of primer over 2 mm thick of wall care putty(in two layers) on new plastered surfaces of walls including preparation of surface complete all as specified and as directed. 18 M&L for Preparation of new ceiling surfacesand applying three coats of white wash completeall as specified and directed. 19 M&L for brick work with sub class B bricks(using old size burnt bricks) straight or curved on plan exc 6 m mean radius in CM (1:6) including demolition of old brick work complete all as specified and as directed. 20 Supply and fix in repairs 15mm bore galvanised steel water tubing medium grade including all fittings and fixed complete to walls/ceiling or laid in floors complete all as specified and as direcetd.
