| 4 | Material and labour for Pavement Quality Concrete (PQC) 295 mm thickness having minimum 28 days field Flexural strength of 45Kg/ Sqcm or 4.5 Mpa, aggregate gradation as per Table 3 of IRC 15-2017, coarse aggregate of clean , hard strong, dense,non-porous and durable pieces of crushed stone or gravel, fine aggregates of clean natural sand or crushed stone sand or combination of both usingminimum 360 kg/cum of cement with non-circular,virgin synthetic fibre of 12-18 mm length, specific gravity 1.34 to 1.39, UV stable, alkali resistant, with equivalent dia 15-40 micron, minimum melting temperature as 240°C and minimum tensile strength of 300 Mpa and at the rate as specified by the manufacturer. PQCshall be laid, spread and compacted with slip-form paver of minimum 7.50 m width, including curing and tining by Texturing cum Curing Machine complete, Requiredsurface texturing to be done as specified in Clause -10.1.14 and Table- 9 of IRC:-15-2017 complete all as specified as directed by Engr-in-Charge. |

| 6 | Material & Labour for forming 10mm wide and 25 mm deep construction joints filled with polyurethane joint sealant compounds (PU Sealant) using mechanical means to a minimum depth of 10mm and priming the sides, provision of closed cell polyethylene back up rod 12 mm dia minimum and applying masking tape on edge of joint to prevent accidental slippage of sealant on top surfaces and to give a neat finish to the sealant and removing the masking tape after sealant is applied complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer in Charge. |

Note : Concrete shall be laid in panels and also in alternate panels as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. |
| 10 | Material and labour for raking out existing filling PU/Bitumen(Grade-B) material in expansion, construction and dummy joints of width exceeding 08mm but not exc 12mm and required depth as specified by special tools like concrete cutter, wire/coir brushes/machines and joint cleaned thoroughly with application of compressed air, making free from all the loose material i.e. dirt, dust, grease existing sealing compound, filler board (as required), including sticked material of existing compound racked upto full depth (up to 40mm) of joints etc to entire satisfaction of Engr-in-Charge with and including filling the joint with polyurethane joint sealant compound using mechanical means with depth of joint sealing compound 10- 12 mm (depth minimum above the backup rod) with minimum movement accommodation factor (MAF) ± 30% conforming to the requirements of BS-5212 and EN-141875-2003 for Hydrolysis/ water resistance test including two coats of primer and filling the balance racked depth of joint with backup material i.e closed cell polyethylene to ensure tight packing, so that no gaps or void exist at the top of backup material separated by bond breaker tape over suitable size HD 100 filler board in position where required and applying masking tape on edge of joint to prevent accidental slippage of sealant on top surfaces to give a neat finish to the sealant and remove the masking tape after sealant is applied as required complete as per manufacturer\"s instructions complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. |
