core PVC insulated unsheathed multi-stranded, copper conductor FRLS grade cable of 1100 volts grade conforming to IS:694 drawn through and including non metalic rigid PVC conduit medium grade, ISI marked, not less than 20mm bore with conduit accessories concealed on wall and ceiling/roof etc, with provn for fixing modular metal flush boxes not less than 1.2 mm thick of suitable modules, concealed in walls with modular white plated cover 3mm thick as top cover fixed with screws for housingswitches, socket outlets, fan regulators etc, including provn of 1.5 sqmm nominal cross sectional area, PVC insulated, FRLS, unsheathed, 1100 volt grade,multistranded single core green colour copper conductor for earth continuity connected to earth dolly complete all as specified and directed for the following:-NOTE: (i)Modular metal flush boxes concealed in wall with suitable cover plate for mounting switch, sockets, regulator etc. and cost of cutting chases & making good as existing to disturbed surface with cement mortar, if required any shall be deemed to included in the quoted rates.(ii)Modular fittings/fixtures such as switch, socket, regulator, etc., shall be measured and paid separately as under relevant item. 2 Supply and fixing modular switch 1 way 6A, 240 volts, 1 module complete all as specified and directed. 3 Supply and fixing modular socket, 6A, 240 volts, 2/3 pin combined 2 module, flush type complete, all as specified and directed. 4 Supply and Fixingceiling rose surface PVC/Polycarbonate, isolated body with face Bakelite 65x50 mm three terminal complete, all as specified anddirected. 5 Material and labour for distribution board made out of sheet metal enclosure (CRCA sheet) dust and vermin proof, double door, SPN 4 way, 240 volts grade with 200 Amps insulated rated bus bar, earth bar IP- 43 & IK-09, door earthing flush to wall, including testing suitable for fixing MCB SPN, SP etc, complete, all as specified and directed. 6 Supply and Fixing MCB of SP 6 to 32 Amps current carrying capacity, 240V, 10KA C curve fixed in the MCB DB complete with connection testing and commissioning including taking down old unsv one from the site complete, all as specified and directed. 7 Supply and fixing sub main wiring with 2 runs of 2.5 sqmm single core, multi-stranded PVC insulated, FRLS unsheathed cable 1100 Volts grade with copper conductor drawn through and including concealed non metalic PVC conduit, medium grade, ISI marked, suitable size with conduit fittings and accessories concealed in wall/ceiling/floor including 1 run of 2.5 Sqmm multistranded PVC insulated FRLS, copper conductor cable as earth continuity conductor and connecting to common earth dolly including taking down old unsv one from site complete, all as specified and directed.NOTE: Two runs of 2.5 sqmm copper cable and one run of 2.5 sq mm copper cable alongwith non metallic PVC conduit/conduit accessories will be measured as one unit length 8 Supply, install & testing exhaust fan air fresh fan made out of PVC plastic complete with louvers shutter, voltage 230V, 50 Hz, single phase, 1400 RPM, Copper winding of sweep 250mm complete fixed/grouted to wall with suitable bolts, nuts etc., and connecting up with & including 3 core flexible copper conductor cable (1.0 mm² size/core) from ceiling rose to exhaust fan and writing MES No. including cutting hole suitable for fixing exhaust fan complete all as specified and directed. 9 Cutting of Wall as requirement at site for fixing of Exhaust fan complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.Note :- The cost of making good of distributed surface of wall as per existing shall be deemed to be included in the quoted rate 10 Supply, install & testing heavy duty exhaust fan complete with louvers (Geyser) of 25 litre capacity 230V AC, 50HZas per IS -2082:1993 having 3 KW INCOLOY glass coated element with ABS shock proof and rust proof outer body,high density PUF insulation 35 mm , MS Tank with glasslined coatingfrom insidewhich can sustain pressure of minimum 8 Bar working pressure , class -I , vertical type with adjustable thermostate and thermal cutoutcapillary type , Magnesium anode 150 mm and dia 18mm ,Adjustable temperature control knob, FR garde electric cable with ISI mark plug top and having multifunction safety valve, making electric and water connection complete all as specified and directed by Enrg-in-Charge.Note :-(a) Cost of NRV, check valve end nuts, MS nipplesetc shall be deemed to be included in the quoted rate for smooth functioning of geysers.(b) Cost of litres(cylindrical vertical with closed top), with and including 20mm dia float valve with brass fittings hoisted, fixed in position and making connection including iron staging for tank complete, all as specified and directed. 19 Supply and fixing CPVC pipes SDR 11 and plain CPVC SDR 11 fittings 20 mm bore with all fitting and fixedto walls, ceiling and laid in floor complete all as specified Note- Quoted rate will include the cost of making water connection from existing supply line and making good of the wall surface etc complete, all as specified and directed. 20 Supply and fixing CPVC unsheathed cable with stranded copper conductor 4.0 sqmm drawn into and including electrical grade PVC conduit not less than 25 mm dia with IS 9537 (Part-III) 1983 mark, or relevant ISI mark with all accessories fixed concealed including chase cutting in brick/ stone masonry for fixing conduit and making good the disturb surfaces of wall as per existing including 2.5 sqmm multi - stranded copper conductor as earth wire in green colour complete, all as specified and directed.
