Tender For Provision Of View Cutter Sheet With Fencing And Concertina On Security Wall Of B Sub Sect Satwari Garrison Under Age B/R-I Of Ge Satwari.; 1 Excavating in post holes each not exc 0.50 cum, getting out in any type of soil, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layer not exc 25cm and removing surplus soil to a distance not exc 50m and making good surface all as specified`and directed . 2 Surface excavation n.exc. 15 cm deepand getting out in any type of soilcomplete all as specified and directed. 3 M&L for plain cement concrete 1:4:8, type D2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregates) as in sub base of foundation, filling & mass concrete complete all as specified and directed. 4 M&L for plain cement concrete 1:1.5:3, type A1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregates) as in foundation for filling of posts and struts & mass concrete complete all as specified and directed. 5 S&F structural rolled steel section as in framing for cladding glazing and like, fixed with angle cleats and connecting plates etcconforming to Fe-410-W (Gde -250)complete all as specified and directed . 6 S&F mild steel screw bolts having dia of neck 11 mm to 15 mm (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nutexc 10cm andn. exc 15 cm long complete all as specified and directed . 7 S&FGalvanised, 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24 mm dia, barbed with 2 mm dia barbs at 75 mm spacing and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails, straining bolts including securing or tying at crossing with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins etc. as directed (each line wire to be measured).complete all as specified anddirected. 8 S&F Pre painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating (AZ-150 micron) GI basedcorrugated steel sheet 0.5 mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering / cladding to wall as view cutter fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and directed . 9 M&L for preparation of new or previously untreated steel surface of any description over 10cm width or girth, not otherwise described and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed 10 S&F Concertina coil fencing with punched tape concertina coil 600 mm dia, streched to 6 meter length, having 50 Nos spiral turns per 6 meter length, spring core wire (2.59mm thick) of high tensile strength of 1620 N/sqmm with tape (0.52mm thick) hot dip galvanised upto 20 microns, weight of each coil 8.50 Kg and fixing the same in existing Y-shaped angle iron with 6 horizontal R.B.T. (Reinforced Barbed Tape) wire, stud tied with GI stape and G.I. clips to retain horizontal, clips shall be @ 5 Nos per 2 spiral turns (approximate 126 clips per coil) including necessary bolts complete all as specified anddirected.Note: The weight of Concertina coilshall be ascertained by BOO as ordered by GE and payment shall be made accordingly and contractor shall have no claim on this account.
