Ge (North) Binnaguri.; 1 Excavation in trenches n.exc 1.5m wide and n. exc 1.5 m in depth for foundation etc or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes etc n. exc 10 sqm on plan and n.exc 1.5m in depth and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as per specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. 2 Returning,filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers n exc 25cm complete all as per specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. 3 Removing excavated material not exc. 50 m & depositing where directed at a level not exc. 1.5 m above starting point complete all as per specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. 4 Taking out / down faulty serviceable11KV, HT UG cable in existing trenches/duct/on HT poles of nominal cross sectional area from 95 to 185 Sqm, 3 core including disconnecting, PCC covers, GI Pipe etc. of any descriptions, including segregation of serviceable materials viz PCC cable cover, GI Pipes etc. and tracing the location of fault and keep in safe custody for re-use complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.NOTE : (i) Earth work shall be measured & paid separately under relevant items of this Schedule.(ii) Serviceable cable covers will be kept aside for re-use(iii) Serviceable GI pipe will also be kept aside for re-use 5 Re-laying of serviceable HT Cable XLPE insulated with UG cables (below, above and around the cable laid in trenches) of 8cm deep before laying and 15cm covering above the top edge of cable after laying, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. 8 Supplying and Laying un-reinforced Precast Concrete Cable Cover, class HVP, type – 1, flat size 300 mm x 180 mm x 40 mm, Complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. 9 S&F GI tube 80 mm bore light grade for cable protection with all fitting, laid in trenches, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. 10 Material & labour for Cable jointing kit for 11 KV (Earthed) grade cable for straight through heat shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 50 to 95 sqmm including testing after jointing and dismantling of old unserviceable one Complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.Note:-(a) Cutting of faulty cable /
