Tender For Repair To Area Drainage, Culvert, Plinth Protaction , Hard Standing And Other Connected Items Of External B/R Works At Naa Under Ge (N) Tezpur.; 1 Dismantling of Bricks (laid flat or on edges) or brick tile in floors, channel, kerbs, drains, aprons laid bedded and pointed in any mortar etc. including necessary excavation,grass cutting, cleaning of running or dry drain filled with of any type of blockage etc.complete in all respect as specified and directed. 2 Dismantalling of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floors and pavings not exceedings 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level), complete in all respect as specified and directed. 3 Demolition of reinforced cement concrete in roofs, manhole cover slab, floors n exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) comlete all as specified and as directed. 4 Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and as directed. 5 Dismantling of brick work or stone/boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc. complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge. 6 Dismantling of posts or struts (Wood, Steel or RCC) of any section and size including taking out embeded portion and making gooddisturbed ground posts embeded in cement concrete, brick work, masonary complete in all respect as specified and directed. 7 Dismantling of fencing wire mesh including tie rods, flat iron etc any type, complete in all respect as specified and directed. 8 Demolition and breaking up drain pipes (Salt glazed ware, AC or reinforced concrete) of internal dia 300 mm, set in cement mortar complete all as specified and as directed. 9 Dismantling of wrought or mild steel work of any description such as in ladder work, bracing/supporting agle iron, roof top MS sheets, railings etc omplete all as spcified and directed 10 Excavating in post holes (or similar holes) each not exceeding 0.5 cum, getting out in soft/ loose soil, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25 cm, watering and removing surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 m and making good surface complete all as specified and as directed. 11 Excavating over areas not exceeding 1.5 m deep and getting out in soft/ loose soil complete all as specified and as directed. 12 Excavating over areas exceeding 1.5 m but not exceeding 3 m deep and getting out in soft/ loose soil complete all as specified and as directed. 13 Excavating over areas exceeding 3 m but not exceeding 4.5 m deep and getting out in soft/ loose soil complete all as specified and as directed. 14 Excavating in trenches not exceeding 1.5 m wide and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth; for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. or for cable laying or water supply pipes lines etc or not exceeding 10 sqm on plan and getting out in soft/ loose soil complete all as specified and as directed. 15 Removing excavated material (soils) not exceeding 50 m and depositing where directed at a level n exc. 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed. 16 Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm in soft/ loose/ hard/ dense soil complete all as specified and as directed. 17 Taking down cement plaster on stone/brick/concrete surfaces including racking out joint, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc, complete all as specified and as directed. 18 M&L brick work sub class B, class designation 75 old size bricks, laid flat in floors, walls or of similar types,bedded and jointed in cement mortar 1:6 and pointed in cement mortar 1:3. complete in all respect as specified and directed. 19 All as per Item No.18 here-in-before but except bricks including cleaning, de-mortaring of bricks as retreived under respective items of the schedule complete in all respect as specified and directed. 20 M & L for brick work with sub class B bricks, laid on edges in floors, old size, bedded and jointed in cement mortar 1:6 and pointed in cement mortar (1:3) complete all as specified and as directed. 21 All as per Item No. 20 here-in-before but except bricks including cleaning, de-mortaring of bricks as retreived under respective items of the schedule complete in all respect as specified and directed. 22 M&L for PCC 1:3:6 type C1 (using 20mm nominal size crushed and graded stone aggregate) as in surface channels & drainscomplete in all respect as specified and directed. 23 M & L for extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 30 cm inner girth in cement concrete, using extra cement, including forms, moulds, mitred/ stopped ends etc. complete all as specified and as directed. 24 M & L for brick work with sub class B bricks, straight or curved on plan exceeding 6 m mean radius built in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed. 25 M& L for rendering/plastering 15 mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 on faces of brick or concretesurfaces and finished the surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete in all respect as specifified and directed. 26 M & L for cement concrete in foundation, filling and mass concrete in M7.5(Nominal Mix) using 40 mm nominal size graded crushed stone aggregate complete all as specified and as directed. 27 M & L for providing reinforced cement concrete M15(Nominal mix) using 20 mm nominal size graded crushed stone aggregate in precast posts, fencing posts, straining or terminal posts, struts etc. for fencing, average sectional area exceeding 100 sqcm but not exceeding 250 sqcm, with or without chamfered angles and flat, splayed, rounded or mitred tops as directed and fixed complete all as specified and as directed. 28 M & L for mild steel TMT bars 10 mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia or securing with clips and including welding has to be done with minimum 20 cm over lap for new and old of any height. Complete all as specified and as directed. 29 M & L for mild steel TMT bars any dia in stirrups, spaces and binders, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and as directed 30 S&F mild steel sections joist, channel, angle, ortee section, fixed independent, without connecting pates, etc (cut to length i.e. within 20 mm of the length indicated) etc.using Fe-410W (Grade E-250 quality A) including necessary welding complete complete allas specified and directed. 31 M&L mild steel round bar 10mm dia and over cut to length, bend to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia(Fe-410-W or (Gde E-250) quality A or Fe 290 (Gde E-165) complete in all respect as specified and directed. 32 S&F in repair galvanised 2 strand steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75 mm spacing and straining and fixing to any type if standard rail s straining bolts including securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire staple or steel pins etc. complete in all respect as specified and directed. 33 S&F for chain link fencing MS galvanized 3.14mm dia 100mmX 100mm mesh fixed to RCC post including securing or tying with GI MS wire staples, ms section, bars etc. . complete all as specified and directed. 34 S&F mild steel screw bolts 11 to 15mm diameter of shank (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fittedwith washers and haxagonal or squareexe 5 cm and n exc 10 cm long complete in all respect as specified and directed. 35 M&L mild steel works in Framed work as in doors or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces, etc., complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering.
