Tender For Repairs To B/R Related Works In Technical Areas Of Avn Sqn In Aor Of Age B/R Lekhanagar Under Ge Nasik Road; 1 M&L for Raking out existing construction joints/dummy joints 10mm wide X 25mm deep in concrete pavements, cleaning surfaces and sweeping to make the surface free from dust/dirt with air compressor/blower and reoving debris to a distance exceeding 200m form edge of pavement for disposal in low lying areas and filling construction joints/ dummy jointsin concrete pavements with sealing compound Grade ‘B’ after applying primer to the sides of jopints as per manufacturers instructions. 2 M&L for Raking out existing expansion joints 20mm wide X 25mm deep in concrete pavements, cleaning surfaces and sweeping to make the surface free from dust/dirt with air compressor/blower and reoving debris to a distance exceeding 200m form edge of pavement for disposal in low lying areas and fillingexpansion jointsin concrete pavements with sealing compound Grade ‘B’ after applying primer to the sides of jopints as per manufacturers instructions. 3 M&L for Racking out existing filling in construction joints8 to12 mm wide and 10 mm to 15mm deep including scrubbing of joint with diamond cutter to remove sticking sealing compound from sides of joint in totality. Cleaning the surface of joint with brush and finally fanning with compressed air to make the joints free from all loose material (i.e. dirt/dust etc) and making good to true line and two coats of primer with thin brush by forward and backward movement at an interval of 30 minutes before placing the backup rod and pouring the sealant. Placing of closed cell medium density, crossed linked polyethylene foam backup rod of 12 mm dia, application of bond breake tape on top of back up rod for complete width of the joint and filled with polyurethane based sealan complying with BS-5212, BS 4254 and EN- 141875- 2003 with minimum movement accommodation factor (MAF) of +I- 30%, applying masked tape on the edges of joints and removing the masking tape after filling of sealant as per the method specified by the manufacturer complete as specified and directed 4 M&L for Racking out existing filling in dummy/contraction joints 6mm to 10mm wide and 6mm to 10mm deep including scrubbing of joint with diamond cutter to remove sticking sealing compound from sides of joint in totality. Cleaning the surface of joint with brush and finally fanning with compressed air to make the joints free from all loose material (i.e. dirt/dust etc) and making good to true line and two coats of primer with thin brush by forward and backward movement at an interval of 30 minutes before placing the backup rod and pouring the sealant. If necessary, the surface shall be repainted by one or more coats until the desired result is obtained.) 7 M&L for painting lines,dashes, arrow letters etc on road pavement, parade groundand applying 2mm thick road marking strips (reflective ) of specified shade/colour using hot thermoplastic material by fully/semi automatic application machine fitted with profile stone heater driven by experienced operator on road surfaces including preparation of previously treated surfaces andand comlete removal old paint with steel wire brush and any other equipment, cleaning surfaces of all dust, scales oils grease and foreign materials etc complete all as specified and directed. 8 Demolition of Pavement quality concrete (PQC) (unreinforced)in ground floors and pavings in anythickness (below or above ground level) 9 Supplying and laying 400 micron thick HDPE sheet (Virgin Quality) water proof, wrinkle free without puncture having minimum weight 390 gm/Sqm over tack coat/sandcushion as specified in the design with overlap between adjacent strips and at transverse joint as minimum 300mm.(No additionaI amount to be paid for overlap) 10 Pavement quality concrete(PQC) of minimumFlexural strength of 45Kg/ Sqcm or 4.5 Mpa, aggregate gradation as per Table 3 of IRC 15 2017, coarse aggregate of clean , hard strong, dense non-porous and durable pieces of crushed stone gravel, fine aggregates of clean natural sand crushed stone sand or combination of both using minimum 360 kg/cum of cement with non-circular virgin synthetic fibre of 12-18 mm length, specific gravity 1.34 to 1.39, UV stable, alkali resistant, with equivalent dia 15-40 micron, minimum melting temperature as 240°C and minimum tensile strength of 300 Mpa and at the rate as specified by the manufacturer. PQC laid, spread andcompacted with slip-form paver of minimum 7.50 m width , including curing and tining by Texturing cum Curing Machinecomplete all as specified and directed. Required surface texturing to be done as specified in Clause 10 1 14 and Table 9 of IRC 15-2017 11 Cutting of construction joints 25 mm deep and 10 mm wide by early entry saw cut using diamond bi cutter of appropriate size, straight and smooth edges. Joint cleaned thoroughly with applicationcompressed air. Joint shall be made dry, vacuum cleaned and free of dirt, oil , vegetation and the debris Application of two coats of primer with thin brush by forward and backward movement at an interval of 30 minutes before placing the backup rod and pouring the sealant. Placing of closed cell medium density, crossed linked polyethylene foam backup rod of 12 mm dia, application of bond breake tape on top of back up rod for complete width of the joint and filled with polyurethane based sealan complying with BS-5212, BS 4254 and EN- 141875- 2003 with minimum movement accommodation factor (MAF) of +I- 30% having minimum 10 yearperformance guarantee, applying masked tape on the edges of joints and removing the masking tape after filling of sealant as per the method specified by the manufacturer complete as specified and directed 12 Demolition of Brick work or stone/boulder masonry, built in CM including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stone work and precast concrete articles. 13 M&L for Brick masonary using fly ash bricks, straight or curved or plain exc 6m mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6. 14 Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced)in ground floors and pavings n. exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) 15 M&L for PCC(1:4:8) type D-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate in foundation mass concrete and filling complete. 16 M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B2, including necessary formwork using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate, as in surface channels and drains etc including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge 17 M&Lfor TMT bars 5mm dia and over upto and including 10mm diacut to length, bent to shape required, includingcranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips etc. 18 M&L for pre-cast RCC 1:2:4 type B1 using 20mm graded stone aggregates as in cover slab/MH cover complete all as specified and directed. 19 M&L for boulder pitching laid dry, hand packed tightly and pitching is grouted with cement and sandmortar 1:6 all as specified and as directed. 20 Excavation over areas n.exc 1.50m deep and getting out in soft/loose soil. 21 Removing excavated material n.exc 50m and depositing where directed at a level n.exc .1.50m above the starting point (Soils) 22 M&L for Hardcore of gauge n exc. 63mm, deposited, spread and levelled in layers n exc. 15cm thick, watered andrammed to a true surface complete all as specified and as directed by Eng-in-charge. 23 M&L for 50 mm thick PCC 1:3:6 Type C-2(using 40mm graded aggregate) as in sub base over rammed earth complete all as specified and as directed. 24 M&L for 100mm thick nominal mix concretetype A-1, M-20 (20mm graded aggregate)laying in floor with screed vibratorincluding finishing cement concrete surface even and smooth with brooming of top concrete surface complete all as specified and as directed. 25 NOTE : - AMOUNT OF SCHEDULE OF CREDIT RS. 6000.00 WILL BE DEDUCTED FROM TOTAL AMOUNT OF BOQ.
