    Bids Are Invited For Custom Bid For Services - Amc For Scanning Electron Microscope Customized AMC/CMC for Pre-owned Products maintenance contract of scanning electron microscope is following: Change the rotary pump oil. Check the oil mist filter, and change filter cartridges as required. Replace, or dry the silica gel in the dessicator in oven. Clean the Penning gauge if required. Check operation of vacuum system & observe the pump down time, Ultimate vacuum level readings. Check the operation of the motorised stage and limits. Test the specimen touching alarm. Check the operation of the aperture changer & aperture condition. Replace the apertures if required. Clean the aperture strip using metal polish and ultrasonication using acetone. Inspect and clean the Anode, if required replace the filament Open the column and clean all apertures inside column using metal polish and ultrasonication using acetone. If required. Check TV mode operation and detector switching. Check the EHT interlocks and the vacuum safety trips. Check the filament saturation and beam current control. Check and if necessary reset the maximum filament current. Check emission in desired KV & operation at all kV settings. Check all visual and record scan speeds using both live and stored images. Check scanning modes. Check brightness and contrast controls, including auto functions (if fitted). Check the Magnification Calibration, measurement and annotation functions. Check all noise reduction functions. Check image save and recall functions. Check tilt correction operation. Check focus modulation/ wobble for aperture alignment Total Quantity :
