in cement mortar (1:4), finished even and smooth without using extra cement but with water proofing compound @3% weight of cement etc complete all as secified and as directed. 10 Supply only water proofing compound complete all as specified and directed. 11 Material and labour for preparation of newly plastered wall surfaces and applying two coats of cement paint over a coat of alkali resistant primer complete all as secified and as directed. 12 Material and labour for preparation of newly plastered wall surfaces and applying two or more coats of 100% premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company DepotTinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/10 sqm complete all as specified and directed at any height incuding necessary scaffolding if required at site exc 25 cm for any types of soil complete all as secified and as directed. 14 Removing excavated material (soils) exc. 250 m but n exc. 500 m and depositing where directed complete all as secified and as directed. 15 Material and labour fo mild steel work as in posts or struts of any frame work in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed drilling holes, notching for wire etc flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc) including all necessary bolting or riveting etc and similar work confirming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 complete all as secified and as directed. 16 Material and labour for preparation of new iron surfaces over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as secified and as directed. 17 Supply and fixingGalvanised, 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24 mm dia barbed with 2 mm dia bars at 75 mm spacing and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including securing or tying at top with 3.15 mm dia galvanised mild steel wire in each loop complete all as secified and as directed. 19 Material and labour for prepartion of old plastered/ unplastered surface of walls incl washing, rubbing down and stopping of painted surfaces etc & applying one coat of cement base paint complete including filling of hole, cracks etc with lime putty or plaster of paris all as specified and as directed.Note :- Shade and pattern of the colour to be approved by GE. 20 All as per item No 19 above but two coats of cement base paint. 21 Material and labour for preparation of olddecorated surfaces in walls, soffits, facia roof etc and applying one coat of weather proof premium acrylic based emulsion paint (100% acrylic) as per manufacturers instructions etc complete all as specified and directed.Note :- Shade and pattern of the colour to be approved by GE. 22 Material and labour for complete removal of existing treatment on wall surfaces by scrapping with mechanical sander (having mechanical vacuum mechanism) with sanding pad of appropriate grit to make surface clean, free from dust, loose paint etc incl applying two or more coasts of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company DepotTinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/10 sqm complete all as specified and as directed. 23 Supply and fixing framed work as in doors or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces, etc., complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other cover-ing. directed 39 Material and labour for providing and laying at or near ground level factory made kerb stone of M-25 grade cement concrete in position to the required line, level and curvature, jointed with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand), including making joints with or without grooves (thickness of joints except at sharp curve shall not to more than 5 mm), including making drainage opening wherever required complete all as specified and as directed. 40 Dismantling of stone slab and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc laid, bedded and pointed in any mortar complete all as specified and as directed. 41 Material and labour forfor 18-20 mm thick granite (of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, window-cills, cooking platforms
