Tender For Repairs To Certain Road In Domestic And Technical And Rakshanagar Area At Af Stn Ojhar; 1 Material & Labour for repairs to potholes , not exceeding 1 sqm each including sweeping free from dust and mud, or water, scoring sunken surfaces in roads, path, etc cutting around edges to at least 25mm in depth making good by applying tack coat @ 5kg/10 Sqm putting in premixed bituminous macadam, well rammed and sealed with binder 9.8 Kg per 10 Sqm binded with 0.09 cum of stone chippings 6.3 mm size and again well rammed (including supply) of premx macadam, binder and chipping depth of potholes exc 30 mm, complete all as specified and directed. 2 Material and Labour preparing black top surface by brushing with mechanical broom and high pressure air jet for removing caked mud etc and applyin of paving bitumen of Grade VG-10 by using mechancial sprayer complete all as specified and directed. 3 Material and Labour Premix bituminous macadam, with 75mm or less thickness using 4% binder content by wt of total mix using paving bitumen of grade VG 30 penetration (using computerised hot mix plant and mechancial paver) compacted to a required camber and gradeint and using vibratory power roller completeall as specified and directed. 4 Applying evenly a tack coat with hot paving bitumen of grade VG-10 @ 5kg/10 sqm over successive bituminious layers using mechanical sprayer all as specified and directed.Note :- Each layer shall be measured and paid separately. 5 Material and Labour Bituminous premixed asphaltic semidense concrete 30mm consolidated thickness using paving bitumen (VG-40) 5.5 % binder content by weight of total mix, spread by means of self propelled mechanical spreader/paver, rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient complete, by using mechanical power road roller 8 to 12 tonne capacity all as specified and directed. Note :Note:- The rates to be worked out by the contractor for quoting their rate for this item is on the basis of binder content of 5.5% of the total mix by weight. At the time of actual design mix for the bitumen content more than the specified percentage contractor shall not be reimbursed any extra cost and bitumen content less than the specified percentage then rate shall be adjusted on minus side based on prevailing rate of bitumen 6 Material and labour for convex mirror having 130 degree of viewing angle made of one piece polycarbonate lens size of 0.80 dia protect with any type of light ray not produce toxi fumes if burnt complete with counting hardware all as specified and as directed. 7 Material and labour for applying 2mm thick thermo plastic road markign paint with glass beads of white/ yellow colour of approved make, shade, for road marking of any width & girth & painting lines, dashes, arrows etc.on bitumen road/ pavement & on concrete surfaces using hot processor plant including removing old paint by paint remover or burning off by blow lamps & cleaning with scrapers for removing all dirt/dust & other foreign matters at site & managing traffic control etc complete all as specified & directed of make : Apcotrack of Asian or equivalent in Shalimar/ Berger lewis/ Nerolac/ Johnson & Nicholson/ Maruthi. 8 Supply and fixing cat eye solar reflective type of metal body alloy of size 100mm x 100mm x 20mm with PAMA striplens reflector of model No. DA 972.0 fixed with and incl MS stud of suitable size as per manufactures instructions. 9 Material and labour for spreading and consolidated side berms of moorum/red bajari for 75 mm thick complete all as specified and as directed. 10 Supply and fix solar cat eye alumimum alloy shall (100% water proofing design according to 65) of size 125mm x 123mm x 25mm (shank 65mm) of high efficiency Mono rystafie solar panel 2.4V/0.3 watt one NI-ed rechargeable battery (1.2v/1600MA) consisting of super bright LED with 10,000 to 18,000 mcd completed as per manufacturing 11 Note:- The amount of schedule of credit on page No. 25 shall be deducted from the amount quoted against sch A while deriving at the contract sum for accptance.
