Tender For Periodical Services And Allied B/R Work In A Park, Old Park And B Park Area Underage B/R-I Under Ge(Central) Khadki.; 1 NOTE FOR ALL PAINITNG ITEMS :-The following precautionary measures shall be ensured by the contractor during execution of work :- (i) Contractor shall deposit entire quantity of materials (proprietory materials) in sealed containers required for painting works covered under subject contract in the custody of Engineer-In-Charge/ Office in charge of unit.(ii) The materials as required shall be issued to contractor by JE/ Engineer-In-Charge on daily basis and the empty containers/ bags shall be deposited in the store of Engineer -In-Charge by the contractor, for verification as per standard consumption/ coverage prescribed by the manufacturers.(iii) Before applying cement base paint/weather proof acrylic emulsion paint contractor shall use the wire brush for the removal of loose paint, dust, algae, moss and filling of crack using crack sealent and cleaning of surface by spray jet. (iv) Application of cement base paint strictly done by spray/mechanical spray machine only, otherwise 30% costshall be reecovered from the respective item.(v) After completion of painting work contractor shall remove and clean all the droplets/stain of paint left on the floor, glasses and joinery. (d) Safety head gear, gloves, apron, shoes and safety glasses should be wear while carrying out the painting works.(e)The scafolding shall be having ease of access for inspection purpose. 2 Material and labour for 15mm thick Rendering on brick /concrete or dubbed surface in CM 1:6 on wallfinishing even & smooth without using extra cementat any height including necessary scaffolding , ladder & formwork including taking down cement plaster, raking out joints, hacking for key & scrubbing down with water and removing the debris outside defence land complete all as specified and as directed. 3 Material and labour for 15mm thick Rendering on brick /concrete or dubbed surface in CM 1:4 on wall with water profing compound finishing even & smooth without using extra cementat any height including necessary scaffolding , ladder & formwork including taking down cement plaster, raking out joints, hacking for key & scrubbing down with water and removing the debris outside defence land complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE :- Water proofing compound shall be measured paid separetely 4 Supply only Liquid water proofing compound complete all as specified and as directed. 5 Material and labour for rendering 15mm thick on concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:3 finishing even and smooth without using extra cement to RCC ceiling, chhajjas bottam, roof projection, facia, fins,parapet with WPT etc. and similar likes upto height 10 mtr including necessary scaffolding, ladder, formwork and including taking down cement/lime plaster of any description including raking out joints hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc and removing the debris outside the defence land complete all as specified and as directed. 6 Material and labour for preparation of new plastered surfaces of ceiling, chhajjas, roof projection, facia, fins, parapet etc and applying three coats of white wash complete all as specified and as directed. 7 Material and labour for preparation of new plastered wall surface and applying two coat of oil bond distemper emulsion white or tined over one coat of Priming plasteredsurfaces with alkali resistant priming paint, on plastered surfaces, preparatory on wall complete all as specified and directed. 8 Material and labour for preparing new plastered surface of walls and applying two coat of cement base paint at any height including necessary scaffolding ladder etc complete all as specified and as directed. 9 Material and labour for preparation of old wood or wood based surfaces over 10cm width or girth, not otherwise described and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint, complete all as specified and as directed. 10 Material and labour for preparation of old painted steel surface of any description, not otherwise described over 10cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and as directed 11 Material and labour for complete removal of existing treatement/old plastered/concrete surface from internal surface of wall by wire brushes & stopping of surfaces & levelling/edging the disturbed places/edges using necessary filling compound of Birla/JK wall care putty to obtain smooth regular/even finish using sand paper and applying two coat of oil bound distemper emulsion upto height 10 mtr etc complete all as specified and as directed. 12 Material and labour for preparation of old plastered /concrete surface of ceiling and applying two coats of oil bound distemper emulsion, white or tinted upto height 10mtr including 1mm thick birla white putty over a coat of primer (where as required ) necessary scaffolding etc complete all as specified and as directed. 13 Material and labour for preparation of old plastered or unplastered surface of wall/ceilingand applyingtwo coat of oil bond emulsion, white or tinted complete all as specified and as directed. 14 Material and labour for complete removal of existing treatement on wall surfaces of any description including brooming down with steel wire brushing , scrapping down smoke soots, moulds , moss and efflorescence, salts, trading oil greasy spots etc and applying two coats of Anti fungal weather proof grade exterior Acrylic emulsion paint of approved tint over a coat of weather proof primer including filling the cracks etc with crack filling upto 5 bars of positive hydrostatic pressure on vertical walls without any dilution with forced coverage not more than 3.5 Sqm/Ltr as per manufacturer instructions and all coats including primer to be applied with fully automatic airless spray machine of paint application with a flow speed of minimum 1 Ltr per minute having a pressure of 3300 PSI, allow 6-8 hrs to dry the surface in subsequent coats of paint upto height 10 mtr including necessary scaffolding etc complete all as specified and as directed. directed. 17 Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floors and pavings n. exc 15cm thickness (below of above ground level) and removing the debris outside the defence land complete all as specified and as directed. 18 Material and labour for plain cement concrete type D-2 (1:4:8) (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in sub base complete all as specified and as directed. 19 Material and labour for plain cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-2, 100mm thick (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) finishing cement concrete surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed. 20 Material and labour for plain cement concrete (1:3:6) type C-2, 75mm thick (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) finishing cement concrete surface even and smooth defence land complete all as specified and directed. 27 Material and labour for machine cut kota stone slab flooring 20-25mm thick laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing to mirror finish laid over 20mm thick Screed bed or beddidng layer in CM 1:6 for laying floor finishes including dismantling and removing the debris outside the defence land complete all as specified and as directed. 28 Material and labour for machine cut kota stone slab in riser of steps, skirting, dado 20-25mm thick over & including 10mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 laid & jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of slab including rubbing and polishing to mirror finish including dismantling and removing the debris outside the defence land complete all as specified and as directed. 29 Material and labour for cement concrete 25mm thick type B-0, 1:2:4 (12.5mm graded stone aggregate) as in flooring complete all as specified and as directed. 30 Supply and fix aluminium powder coated window sliding type (3 track) with frame size 100x35x1.2mm thick and shutter framesize 39.40x17.70x1.2mm thick with and including two glass shutter and one mesh shutter including necessary jointing cleats, glazing clips, rubber packing, powder coated aluminium snap beading screws with and including 4mm thick tinted
