Tender For Repair/Maintenance And Replacement Of Ht Oh Line/ Ht Ug Cables, Ht Vcbs, Ht Ocbs And Other Connected Works At Defence Lab Jodhpur.; 1 M&L for replacement of all UNSVjumpers,greasing,changing of U clips of horizontal/vertical, fizzi clamps, brass clamps etc as required including suitable size conductor(Mink,Dog ,ferret, Weasel , Squirel) of any length for33/11 KV HT overhead network and complete yard area including stringing,streaching & binding with insulator existing serviceable aluminium conductor steel reinforced (ACSR) on pole ,stringing properly on insulators and binding with aluminium binding wires,etc complete twice in the duration of contract all as specified and directedby Engineer-in-charge . 2 M&Lfor pin type,porcelain,vitreous,white,brown or green insulator including one galvanised mild steel spindle,two galvanised iron washers and one galvanised iron nut suitable for 33000 Volt Grade, including dismantling old UNSV pin/disc insulators complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. 3 S&F Disc type insulator porcelain, vitreous 145mm high and 255 mm dia ball and socket type white brown or green single disc assembly for tension clamps for conductors working pressure 33000 V all as specified and directed. 4 M&L cable jointing kit for 11 KV (Earthed) grade cable for outdoor termination heat shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of 50 sqmm to 95 sqmm, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. 5 M&L cable jointing kit for 11 KV (Earthed) grade cable for outdoor termination heat shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of 120 sqmm to 185 sqmm complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. 6 M&L XLPE insulated/,screened,PVC bedded,galvanised steel strip or wire armoured heavy duty elelctric cable with aluminium strandedconductor 11000 volts (earthed) / graded cross sedction area 150 sqmm3 core complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. 7 Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5m wide and not exceeding 1.5m in depth for foundation etc or for shaft, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes,taking out cable, etc not exceeding 10 sqm on plan and getting out in any type soil complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-Charge. 8 M&Lsand cushioning to PVC cable with tibba sand and punning to provide required cover complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.(Note :- For the purpose of payment only punned thickness will be measured). 9 Supply & laying 40 to 50mm thick roughly hammer dressed Jodhpur stone patti cable cover 25cm to 30cm wide and n. exc 60cm long each laid dry abutting with each other with maximum gap between adjacent slabs n. exc 10mm complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge. 10 Returning, filling in, including, spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick in any soil complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-Charge. 11 Removing excavated soil to a distance not exceeding 50 m and depositingwhere directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 mabove the starting point complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. 12 M&L for boring in any type of soil under road 1.5 Mtr below the top surface of road by conventional method complete for passing through 40 MM to 100 MM dia GI pipe and filling earth after laying of pipe including disposal of surplus soil complete all as specified and directed.Note: Pipe will be measured and paid for separatelity. Any damage to existing cable, pipeline, road and surface of any type will made good y the tenderer withhout any extra payment. 13 M&L for GI tubing of size 100 mm light grade with all fittings laid in ternches for cable protection complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. 14 Dismantling Air Break Gang operated switches,Vertical/Horizontal Mounted including insulators and operating mechanism for repair/replacement of broken/worn out component and insulators or carrying to MES store or credited to contractor,complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. 15 M&L Switch Air Break, Gang operated, Triple Pole, Mechanically Operated, mounted on Insulators and Steel Frame with Operating Mechanism worked from ground level,current rating upto 400 Amps complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. 16 Dismantling old unsv Drop out fuse set switches of any current rating and any volts complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. 17 M&L for Drop out fuse set switches mounted on insulator for 11000 volts including dismantling complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. 18 Dismantling of Old Unsv Pole of any length, any type and deposited to MES Store or as directed by Engr-in-Charge. 19 M&L for triming of tree branches (tree prunning) of any girth/dia to clear the route of HT over head lines around the 3 Mtr from the external conductors by using JCB, Hydra Crane including removing the cut branches from site and depositing at any places all as directed by Engineer-in-charge. 20 S&F U clips/fizzi clamps/brass clamps etc as required asper existing type and size suitable for (Mink,Dog ,ferret, Weasel , Squirel conductor) 33/11 KV HT overhead line complete all as directed by Engineer-in-charge. 21 M&L for existing HT 33 KV VCBs (Make : ALSTOM) cleaning, rubbing and servicing the mechanical parts including replacement of UNSV Trip coil, Breaker charging motor ,Gear Panion, roller Switch, Big gear, charging spring etcand re-assembling the same after replacementas required and make the VCB serviceable including making all electricalConnection/wiring and Testing ( IR Test, Continuity Test, Tripping test of earth fault and Over current) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.Note:- The Spare parts of VCB, which are given below measured and paid saperately, remaining parts required at site deemend in the quoted rates. 22 S&F Trip coil 24/110 Volt suitable for 33 KV VCB panel complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in -Charge. 23 S&F Closed coil 24/110 volt suitable for 33KV VCB panelcomplete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in -Charge. 24 S&F Electrochemical type relay set of two O/C and one EF for33KV ,Auxiliary supply 24/110 Volt DCfor VCB panelcomplete all as specified and directed Engineer-in -Charge. 25 S&F spring charge motor 230Volts AC for 33KV (ALSTOM VCB) including taking down old unserviceable spring charge motor complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge. 26 M&L for existing HT 11 KV VCBs cleaning, rubbing and servicing the mechanical parts including replacement of UNSV Trip coil, and re-assembling the same after replacementas required and ,make the VCB serviceable including making all electricalConnection and Testing ( IR Test, Continuity Test, Tripping test of earth fault and Over current of panel ) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note:- The Spare parts of VCB, which are given below measured and paid saperately, remaining parts required at site deemend in the quoted rates. 27 Supply & Fxing Trip coil 110 Volt suitable for 11 KV VCB panel complete all as specified and directed Engineer-in -Charge. 28 Supply & Fixing Closed coil 110 Volt suitable for 11 KV VCB panelcomplete all as specified and directed Engineer-in -Charge. 29 Supply & Fixing Configureing TNC switch compatiable for 11KV VCB panel 10 Amps 440 volts including taking down old unserviceable complete all as specified and directed Engineer-in -Charge. 30 Supply & Fixing Configuringremote switch compatible for 11KV VCB panle 32 Amps 440 Volts including taking down old unserviceable, complete all as specified and directed Engineer-in -Charge. 31 Supply & fixing Solid state relay IMDT type (02 O/C +01 EF) for 11 KV VCB panel, Auxilliary supply 30 Volt DCcomplete all as specified and directed Engineer-in -Charge. 32 Supply & fixing Control cable of 10 core, 2.5 sqmm.complete all as specified and directed Engineer-in -Charge. 33 Repairing & testing of 33KV breaker mechanically type, 400 Amps, 36 KV, 3 phase, 50 Hz with shunt trip coil 110-volt DC motor single phase 230 volt with replacement of all UNSV parts and testing complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in Charge. 34 Supply and Fix in repair Digital Volt Meter for 11/0.433 KV alongwith control wiring suitable for complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. 35 Supply and Fix in repair Digital Amp Meter for 11/0.433 KV alongwith wiring suitable forcomplete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. 36 S&F in repair Selector Switch with control wiring for 11/0.433 KV complete all as specified and dirceted by Engr-in-charge. 37 S&F in repair LED indicator (R,Y,B) for 11/0.433 KV,110 Volt, with control wiring complete all as specified and dirceted by Engr-in-charge. 38 M&L for tightening of conductors of 33/11 KV OH line complete all as specified and dirceted by Engr-in-charge. Note:- Schedule of credit as per availabilty at site, Contractor will not claim for the same during execution of work.
