    Cladding Of Ms Chillar Pipeline Of Air Conditioning Chillar Plants Laid At Various Locations At Convention Centre Jammu.=Cladding of MS Chillar pipeline of Air conditioning Chillar Plantslayed at various locations at Convention Centre Jammu. The job involves draining of all the water from the chiller plants and pipeline and removing the insulated damaged Alumunium sheet from marked portion of the surface of the pipelineby using sheet cutters etc. Thenchicken mesh is removed from the marked area . After that coating of thermocoal and glass wool is removed from the surface o of the pipeline. The pipes surface is cleaned thoroughly to remove all the rust with the help of wire brush and then dust/ dirt is removed with clean cloth ,after that special adhesive paint is applied all over the surface of MS chiller pipe to be claddedand then specially designed C- shaped thermocol is fixed all overthe surface of the pipelineat various locations . ThenAluminium sheet of 26 guage is fixed all over the newly fixed thermocoal at various locations with help of crimping tool and rivets approximately 65 RFT. The job also includes shifting / lifting of power cables along with traysof chiller plant so that rain water does not accumulate on the terrace.The complete job involves cost of material, labour, tools and tackles, transportation and taxes.
