Tender For Term Contract For Laying Of Cement Concrete Roads In Secunderabad Cantonment Area For A Period Of One Year; 1 CC Road: 2 Demolition of Concrete in Ground Floor and Pavings not exc 15cm thickness (below or above ground level) Cement Concrete (unreinforced) 3 Excavation over areas not exe 1.5 mtr deep getting and out from hard/ dense soil 4 Excavation in Trenches not exceeding 1.5 mtr wide road cutting portion and not exceeding 1.5 mtr depth for getting out from Hard Dense Soil 5 Providing cement concrete in foundations filling and mass concrete type D2(1:4:8) mix 40 mm grade agg 6 Supply and placing of the Ready Mix(RMC) M20 grade Standard Design Mix Concrete Grade as per IS 4926-2003 with minimum Cement content as per IS code 456-2000 using 20mm grade metal from standard suppliers approved by the Department including pumping centering laying concrete, vibrating/screed/pan vibrating, curing etc. complete but excluding cost of steel and its fabrication charges, shuttering for finished item of work (M20) confirming to standard specification SS1515 & IRC morth will manufacturing sand 150mm thick road slab. 7 Supply and placing of Ready Mix Concrete as per IS-4926:2003 of following grades with minimum cement content as per IS-456:2000 and Standard design mix as per IS-10262:1982, with coarse aggregate of hard granite of size 20mm and fine aggregate of Zone II as per the design mix approved by the Department from Standard suppliers including cost and conveyance, vertical pumping and Horizontal pumping on all materials, etc., works for basic cost including leveling, grading, spreading, curing for 14 days with curing compound including spraying at 0.25lt/sqm, centring, vibrating, compacting, finishing etc., as required including, material taxes, pumping, transportation, approved admixture etc., complete.(RMC-M25) as per drawings and technical specifications Clause 802, 803, 1202 & 1203 MORD and 1500, 1700 & 2100 MORTH. 8 Supply and placing of Ready Mix Concrete M 30 as per IS-4926:2003 of following grades with minimum cement content as per IS-456:2000 and Standard design mix as per IS-10262:1982, with coarse aggregate of hard granite of size 20mm and fine aggregate of Zone II as per the design mix approved by the Department from Standard suppliers including cost and conveyance, vertical pumping and Horizontal pumping on all materials, etc., works for basic cost including leveling, grading, spreading, curing for 14 days with curing compound including spraying at 0.25lt/sqm, centring, vibrating, compacting, finishing etc., as required including, material taxes, pumping, transportation, approved admixture etc., complete.(RMC-M30) as per drawings and technical specifications Clause 802, 803, 1202 & 1203 MORD and 1500, 1700 & 2100 MORTH. 9 Providing concrete for plain concrete of Grade M-40 in open foundations using 20 mm nominal size Graded hard granite stone aggregate, mechanically mixed, placed in foundation and compacted by vibration including curing for 14 days complete as per drawings and technical specifications Clause 802, 803, 1202 & 1203 MORD and 1500, 1700 & 2100 MORTH. PCC Grade M 40 (MORTH 12.8 F) Design Mix approved by department using 40 mm Graded Metal RMC as per Design Mix 10 Supply and placing Impermeable plastic sheeting 125 micron thick over lean concrete mix as separation membrane. 11 Vaccum drying of freshly laid cement concrete floor using 100% air tight suction mat of suitable size and length, vaccum pump to maintain vaccum pressure 0.70-0.80 atmospheres as per the standard procedure , spreading hardner, floting with powerfloater, mechanical travelling, finishing with sound edges and cambers including hire and operational charges of machinery, etc complete. 12 Saw cut joints for freshly laid concrete pavement including cost and conveyance of all materials. 4m X 4m 13 Returning and filling in including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exe .25 cm 14 Removing Excavated material not exceeding 5 Km
