Tender For Routine/Preventive/Breakdown Maintenance Of Id, Fd And Pa Fans And Associated Works Of Unit No. 1, 2 & 3 Of3x210mw, ‘A’ Tps, Anpara - Overhauling of ID fan. 2 Changing of inner bearing (NDE) of ID Fan. 3 Changing of outer bearing (DE) of ID Fan. 4 Checking and servicing of inner (NDE) bearing of I.D.Fan. 5 Checking and servicing of outer (DE) bearing of I.D.Fan. 6 Changing of shaft of ID Fan. 7 Changing of Impeller of ID Fan. 8 IGV servicing of ID Fan. 9 Changing the fixed blades/ IGV blades/ Attending the fixed blade leakage of ID Fan. 10 Repairing of Inlet guide vane/ fixed blade of ID Fan. 11 Repairing of impeller housing of ID Fan. 12 Diffuser cone welding. 13 Overhauling of FD Fan. 14 Checking/ changing/ servicing of DE bearing/ NDE bearing/ main bearing oil seals toward impeller side of FD fan. 15 Checking/ changing of oil seals of main bearing assembly towards intermediate shaft of .FD fan. 16 Changing / servicing of impeller / servomotor of FD Fan. 17 Attending the oil leakages through control slide of servomotor of FD fan. 18 Changing of impeller of PA Fan. 19 Changing of DE journal bearing with thrust pads of PA fans. 20 Checking of thrust pads of DE journal bearing of PA Fans. 21 Changing of NDE journal bearing with thrust pads of PA fans. 22 Checking and servicing of DE/NDE bearings of PA Fans. 23 General Inspection of ID/FD/PA Fans in side.. 24 Servicing /Repairing of oil coolers of ID/FD/PA fans. 25 Servicing and cleaning of lub. Oil filters mounted inside the oil tank of ID/FD/PA fans. 26 Alignment of ID /FD / PA fans with motors. 27 Servicing/repairing ofdischarge damper ofID/FD/PA Fans, ESP outlet dampers, interconnecting dampers, ID Fan Suction damper etc. 28 Servicing of lub oil console of ID/FD/PA Fans. 29 Cleaning of duct of ID Fan suction chamber to chimney(one job consist of both ID fans) 30 Cleaning of duct of ESP out let to ID fan suction chamber including common ducts(one job consist of both ID fans) 31 Cleaning of duct of PA Fan suction chamber to discharge damper. 32 Cleaning of duct of FD Fan suction chamber to discharge damper. 33 Welding of ID/FD/PA fans ducts. 34 Repairing of expansion joint 35 Replacement of impeller housing by new/repaired 36 Repairing and servicing of Chain pulley block up to 5 Tones 37 Repairing and servicing of Chain pulley block above 5 Tones 38 Removal and installation of coupling half from ID Fans/motors. 39 Removal and installation of coupling half from PA Fans/motors. 40 Removal and installation of coupling half from FD Fans/motors. 41 Preventive maintenance of electrically operated hoist of PA Fan motor. 42 Overhauling/breakdown work of electrically operated hoists of PA Fan Motor 43 Providing one Truck driver(Heavy vehicle) for shifting of material/sparesfrom store division ATPS toBMD-II, ATPS andVice versa. 44 Routine maintenance, up keeping, attending of minor faults of ID / FD / PA Fans and dampers & meeting out operational requirement for 3X210MW units at ATPS, round the clock for above mentioned period.(Carrying out the above work in three shift in all the three units ofAnpara ‘A’TPS will be treated as one job) 45 Up keeping, cleaning and proper staking etc. of material kept inside O & M site store/yard. Handling of the material at O&M site store/yard including the loading, unloading etc. of material for transportation as and when required. [The above work shall be carried out per day basis. It will be treated as one job per day]. 46 Overhauling of centrifuging machine MAP 103/206 as per scope of work. 47 Running and upkeeping 2(two) Nos of Centrifuging Machine (MAP 103/206) 48 Transportation of empty drumfrom site store to central store 49 Attending dust leakage from joint of duct and chimney by repairing, welding on duct up to 1st expn.joint from chimney 50 Attending dust leakage from main chimney(up to 40 m) by removing insulation and patching on damaged portion and Re-insulation 51 Replacement of old and eroded expansion joints of main duct of ID fan.of Unit No. 1, 2 & 3 of 3X210 MW, ATPS, Anpara
