Tender For Repair To Roads In Otm And Md Accommodation Under Age Br I Of Ge N Mamun.; 1 Material and Labour for Repair to potholes depth of potholes exc 30 mm, not exc 1 sq m each including sweeping free from dust and mud, or water, scoring sunken surfaces in roads, paths, etc. cutting around edges to at least 25 mm in depth, making good by filling in screened & graded road metal, watering and well ramming (including supply of road metal) andmaking good by applying tack coatof paving bitumen (VG-10) @ 5 kg per 10 sqm, putting in premixed bituminous macadam, well rammed and sealed with binder 9.8 kg per 10 sqm, blinded with 0.09 cum of stone chippings, 6.3mm size and again well rammed (including supply of premixed macadam, binder and chippings), complete all as specified. Note : The patching of pot holes shall be as per para 20.A.34.2 of SSR Part-I 3 Scarifying or picking up gravelled macadam or bituminous macadam surfaces area n exc. 400 Sqm and depth not exc. 50mm, stacking the serviceable material at site and removing the surplus material n exc. 50m, completeall as specified. 4 Material and Labour for Preparation of water bound macadam (WBM) surface by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc, sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the surfaces by mechanical compressor to remove all loose dirt etc and applying evenly a priming/tack coat with paving bitumen VG 10 grade @ 10 Kg per 10Sqm of road surface, complete all as specified and directed. 5 Material and Labour for Premix bituminous, macadam laid/rolled and compacted to required gradient and camber (consolidated thickness 75mm or less) with paving bitumen (VG-30) @ 4% by total mix laid by self propelled mechanical paver, rolled and compacted to required gradient and camber using 8 to 10tonne power roller/tandem vibrating roller to achieve uniform smooth surface complete all as specified and directed.Note: The specification of bituminous macadam shall be as per Para 20.B.3 of SSR Part-I. 6 Material and Labour for preparation of existing black topsurface of road by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc, sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the surfaces by mechanical compressor to remove all loose dirt and applying evenly a priming/tack coat with paving bitumen VG 10 grade @ 5 Kg per 10Sqm of road surface and laying bituminous premixed semi dense asphaltic concrete 30mm thick (consolidatedthickness) using binder (Bitumen VG-30 grade) contents @ 5.5 % by weight of total mix, mixed in Hot mix Plant and laid by using self propelled mechanical paver, rolled and compacted to required camber & gradient using 8 to 10 tonne power roller/tandem vibrating roller to achieve uniform smooth surface complete all as specified and directed.Note: The combined grading of aggregate shall be as per Para 20.B.2.5.4(d) & 20.B.4 of SSR Part-I. 7 Demolition of cement concrete (un-reinforced) in ground floors and paving not exceeding 15cm thickness (below or above ground level) un-reinforced including removal of debris outside the MoD land, complete all as specified. 8 Material and Labour for Machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block rubber moulded glossy finish any shape, any colour and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 80 mm thickness M-40 Grade jointed with grey cement and pigment, complete all as specified. 9 Material and Labour for 75mm thick PCC 1:4:8, nominal mix, type D-2, (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in sub base, surface finished finished even & rough, complete all as specified. 10 Material and Labour for preparing bituminous surfaces of road and applying thermoplastic road marking paint not less than 2.5 mm thick, white or golden yellow in colour, conforming to BS-3262, in lines, arrow, dashes & letters exceeding 10cm but not exceeding 15cm in width, applied hot, using special applicator machine and retroreflective glass beads @ 250 to 300 gram/Sqm to withstand vehicular traffic load, laid as per manufactures instructions, the finish surfaces to be level, uniform and free from streaks and holes as per MORTH specification complete all as specified and directed. 11 Supply and fixing of solar cat eye aluminum alloy shall (100% water proofing design according to 65) of size 125mm x 125mm x25mm (shank 65mm) of high efficiency Mono rystafie solar panel 2.4V/ 0.3 watt one NI-ed rechargeable battery (1.2V/1600MA) consisting of super bright LED with 10,000 to 18,000 mcd completed as per manufactures instructions etc. all as specified and directed. 12 Supply and fixing cat eye solar reflective type ofmetal body alloy of size 100mm x 100mm x 20mm with PAMA striplens reflector of model No. DA 972.0 fixed with and incl MS stud of suitable size as per manufactures instructions complete all as specified and as directed. 13 Supply and fixing of metal tubular dealineator made out of ABS round body fitted with 2 Nos 65mm dia highly reflectivereflectors made out of PMMA and mounted on MS pipe of 45/50 mm dia mild steel pipe of 600 mm height duly powder coated and thermoplastic elastomer 3 bands of green, red and yellow reflector radium tape of 25 mm wide strips with anti theft steel net for reflector protection including embedding in PCC 1:2:4 (150x150x300mm) type B1 complete all as specified and directed. 14 Material & labour for two coats of synthetic enamel paint on new concrete surface of any description over 10cm in width or girl including preparation of surface complete all as specified and directed.
