Note : The patching of pot holes shall be as per para 20.A.34.2 of SSR Part-I 3 Scarifying or picking up gravelled macadam or bituminous macadam surfaces area n exc. 400 Sqm and depth not exc. 50mm, stacking the serviceable material at site and removing the surplus material n exc. 50m, completeall as specified. 4 Material and Labour for Preparation of water bound macadam (WBM) surface by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc, sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the surfaces by mechanical compressor to remove all loose dirt etc and applying evenly a priming/tack coat with paving bitumen VG 10 grade @ 10 Kg per 10Sqm of road surface, complete all as specified and directed. 5 Material and Labour for Premix bituminous, macadam laid/rolled and compacted to required gradient and camber (consolidated thickness 75mm or less) with paving bitumen (VG-30) @ 4% by total mix laid by self propelled mechanical paver, rolled and compacted to required gradient and camber using 8 to 10tonne power roller/tandem vibrating roller to achieve uniform smooth surface complete all as specified and directed.Note: The specification of bituminous macadam shall be as per Para 20.B.3 of SSR Part-I. 6 Material and Labour for preparation of existing black topsurface of road by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc, sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the surfaces by mechanical compressor to remove all loose dirt and applying evenly a priming/tack coat with paving bitumen VG 10 grade @ 5 Kg per 10Sqm of road surface and laying bituminous premixed semi dense asphaltic concrete 30mm thick (consolidatedthickness) using binder (Bitumen VG-30 grade) contents @ 5.5 % by weight of total mix, mixed in Hot mix Plant and laid by using self propelled mechanical paver, rolled and compacted to required camber & gradient using 8 to 10 tonne power roller/tandem vibrating roller to achieve uniform smooth surface complete all as specified and directed.Note: The combined grading of aggregate shall be as per Para 20.B.2.5.4(d) & 20.B.4 of SSR Part-I. 7 Demolition of cement concrete (un-reinforced) in ground floors and paving not exceeding 15cm thickness (below or above ground level) un-reinforced including removal of debris outside the MoD land, complete all as specified. 8 Providing and laying at or near ground level factory made kerb stone of M-15 grade cement concrete in position to the required line, level and curvature, jointed with cement mortar 1:4(1 cement: 4 coarse sand), including making joints with or without grooves (thickness of joints except at sharp curve shall not to more than 5 mm), including making drainage opening wherever required complete all as specified and directed. 9 Material and Labour for Machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block rubber moulded glossy finish any shape, any colour and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 80 mm thickness M-40 Grade jointed with grey cement and pigment, complete all as specified. 10 Material and Labour for 75mm thick PCC 1:4:8, nominal mix, type D-2, (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in sub base, surface finished finished even & rough, complete all as specified. 11 Material and Labour for preparing bituminous surfaces of road and applying thermoplastic road marking paint not less than 2.0 mm thick, white or golden yellow in colour, conforming to BS-3262, in lines, arrow, dashes & letters exceeding 10cm but not exceeding 15cm in width, applied hot, using special applicator machine and retroreflective glass beads @ 250 to 300 gram/Sqm to withstand vehicular traffic load, laid as per manufactures instructions, the finish surfaces to be level, uniform and free from streaks and holes as per MORTH specification complete all as specified and directed. 12 Supply and fixing in repair dual directional reflective cat eye of aluminium casted stud 100x100mm having plastic ABS strips containing 62 mini retro reflective glass beeds of colour white/red/yellow a side provided with steel zinc plated nail of dia 12mm of length 120mm for fixing to road by hammering to a distance of 3m including necessary replacement of damaged/displaced items, complete all as specified and directed. 13 S& F in repair round pipe delineators with reflective tape of colour red /yellow housed in plastic body LEDs and light sensor well protected inside polycarbonate sheet device protected with powder coated wire mesh age system mounted over 50mm dia mild steel tube powder coated of length 1000 mm having sheet foot firm grip to ground system workable for 2-3 days nights anti rust and anti theft steel net complete all as specified and as directed 14 Supply and fixing of metal tubular dealineator made out of ABS round body fitted with 2 Nos 100mm dia highly reflectivereflectors made out of PMMA and mounted on MS pipe of 45/50 mm dia mild steel pipe of 600 mm height duly powder coated and thermoplastic elastomer 3 bands of green, red and yellow reflector radium tape of 25 mm wide strips with anti theft steel net for reflector protection including embedding in PCC 1:2:4 (150x150x300mm) type B1 complete all as specified and directed. 15 Material & labour for one coat of synthetic enamel paint on old concrete surface of any description over 10cm in width or girl including preparation of surface complete all as specified and directed. 16 Material & labour for two coats of synthetic enamel paint on new concrete surface of any description over 10cm in width or girl including preparation of surface complete
