Tender For Providing, Fitting Installation And Commissioning Of Different Items For Smooth Functioning Of Ent Ots Of Govt. Smgs Hospital, Jammu Suction Jars And Flow Meters- 1 Providing, fitting/installation and commissioning of Suction/Vacuum Jars of nationally reputed make Aktiv/MPS/Tri-Tech/Bajaj Lifecare (Complete with probe & high pr. hose) for smooth functioning of ENT OTs of Govt. SMGS Hospital, Jammu. It should be duly CE certified and comply with latest health care standards. Vacuum collection jar should be of high-quality durable receiver jars for suction system, strong polycarbonate material and autoclavable at temperature >= 121 degrees centigrade for 15 minutes without degradation. The vacuum regulators should have dial gauge, ON/OFF switch and valve control knob along with high pressure tube and Probe (as per site requirement)- Complete set. Complete job includes cost of material, all kinds of taxes, labour charges, tools & tackles, other unforeseen materials required for execution of job and also involves cost of technicians, as and when required as per instructions of Engineer-in-Charge, to attend the complaints of equipment and its rectification. i)Suction/Vacuum Jar of 2000 ml capacity 2 Providing, fitting/installation and commissioning of anodized aluminium body chrome plated Oxygen flow meters with probes/connectors (as per site requirements) of nationally reputed make Aktiv/MPS/Tri-Tech/Bajaj Lifecare along with bubble humidifier bottle flow meter with colour coding match with gas being used in ENT OTs of Govt. SMGS Hospital, Jammu. The flow range should be 0-15 LPM. The flow meter make should be CE Certified and conform to Medical Standard for Health care facilities. Complete job includes cost of material, all kinds of taxes, labour charges, tools & tackles, other unforeseen materials required for execution of job and also involves cost of technicians, as and when required as per instructions of Engineer-in-Charge, to attend the complaints of equipment and its rectification.
