Tender For Provision Of Access Road To Helipad 5 At Afs Yelahanka.; 1 Excavationover area not exceeding 1.5M deep and gtting out in soft / loose soil, complete all as specified and as directed. 2 Material and labour forming embakments including raising (or lowering) earth spreading in layers not exceeding 30 cm thick wattering ramming , rolling with 8 to 12 Tonne power & finishing to required size shape etc not exceeding 1.50 mtr height from base, complete all as specified and directed. 3 Removing excavated material exceeding1.50 Km but not exceeding 5 Km and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 m above the starting point, complete all as specified and directed 4 Rolling and consolidating formation surfaces in cutting to required greadient and camber incl filling in depression and hollow watering levelling etc . Complete using power roller exceeding 8 toone and not exceeding 12 tonne, complete all as specified and as directed. 5 Laying and Compacting150mm thick (compacted thickness) Granular Sub BASE Course (GSB) grading as per Grade V as per Table 900-1 of MoRTH specifications for Road and Bridge works, 2013.as specified Table 400-1 of MoRTH specifications for Road and Bridge works, 2013, in a single layer over compacted subgrade with natural sand, crushed gravel, crushed stone, crushed slag, or combination thereof as per the grading required. The materials are mechanically mixed, spread and leveling on the subgrade by using motor grader of adequate capacity, and rolling with vibratory roller of capacity 80-100 KN static weight for achieving required compaction density of at least 98% of the Maximum Dry Density. Consolidating to required gradient and camber complete all as specified and directed with finished surface tolerances as per Table 900-1 of MoRTH specifications for Road and Bridge works, 2013. 6 Wet mix macadam (WMM) 250 mm thick (compacted thickness) in two layers each layer of 125mm thickness with coarse aggregate of specified grade spread using mechanical paver as specified, rolled and compacted using 8 to 10 tonne capacity tandm vibratory power roller to required camber and grandient, complete all as specified and as directed. 7 Preparation of un-surfacced Wet mix maccadam (WMM) surfaces by sweeping clean bybroom or machanical sweepers and removingcompletely all loose material and other foreign ad finally fanning the cleaned surface with air compressors toremove all loose dirt etc. and applying evenly a prime coat of Cationic Bitumen Emulsion SS1 confirming to IS:8887 at a rate of application of 0.70 Kg / Sqm on surface of WMM as specified in Table 500-3 of MoRTH for rad and bridge works 2013 using machincal sprayer complete all as specifed and directed. 8 Material & Labour for 50 mm thick (consolidated thickness) premix Dense Bituminous Macadam (DBM Grading- 11) using min 4.5% VG 30 grade binder by weight of total mix aggregate gradation as per Grading 2 of Table 500-10 of MaRTH specification for road and bridge works 2013 , rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient, complete all as specifed and directed. 9 Material & Labour for Bituminous premix asphaltic dense concrete 30mm thic(k consolidated thickness) with 5.5% bitumen binder (Grade VG -30) content by weight of total mix, rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient, completecomplete all as specifed and directed. 10 Material & Labour for preparing bituminous surfaces of road and marking 2.5mm thick centre lines, stop lines, dashes, arrows etc. and the like not exceeding 10cm wide on roads pavements with hot applied thermo plastic road marking paint of approved colour confirming to BS 3262-1989 with special applicator machine all as per manufacturers instruction complete all as specified and directed. 11 M & L Providing and laying at or near ground level factory made kerb stone of M-25 grade cement concrete in position to the required line, level and curvature, jointed with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand), including making joints with or without grooves (thickness of joints except at sharp curve shall not to more than 5 mm), including makingdrainage opening wherever required complete.
