The bidder is requested to quoted their price accordingly 3 P/A Tack coat On Bituminous surface :Providing and applying tack coat using bitumen emulsion conforming to IS :8887 using emulsion pressure distributer including preparing the surface & cleaning with mechanical broom as per specification and direction of manager-In-Charge: (a) On bituminous surface @ 0.25 kg/sqm. 4 P/F Cats eye/Glow studs :Providing and fixing Cats eye/Glow studs of size 100x20 mm made of heavy duty body shall be moulded ASA (Acrylic styrene Acryloretrite) or HIP (High impact polystyrene) or ABS having electronically welded micro- prismatic lens with abrasion resistant coating of 3M make as approved by Engineer in charge. The glow stud shall support a load of 13635 kg tested in accordance with ASTM D4280. The slope of retro- reflective surface shall be 35 (+/-5) degress to base. The reflective panels on both sides with at least 12 cm of reflective area up each side. The luminance intensity should beas per the specification and shall be tested as described in ASTM I: 809 as recommended in BS: 873 part 4 : 1973. The studs shall be fixed to the Road surface using the adhesive conforming to IS, as per procedure recommended by the manufacturer complete and as per direction of Manager-in-charge. 5 P/A Road marking strips :Providing and applying 2.5mm thick Road marking strips (retro-reflective) of specified shade/colour using hot thermoplastic material by fully/semi automatic thermoplastic paint applicator machine fitted with profile shoe, glass beads dispenser, propane tank heater and profile shoe heater, driven by experienced operator on road surface including cost of material, labour, T&P, cleaning the road surface of all dirt, seals, oil, grease and foreign foreign material etc. complete as per direction of EIC and accordance with applicable specifications 6 Carrying out field tests :Carrying out field tests (bitumen content) as per relevant standards and specifications on daily basis after collecting sample of bituminous mix at HMP/site with own laboratory instruments, consummables, sieves, weighing machine with 1 gm accuracy, filter papers, benzene, etc in the presence of NALCO representative as directed by M-I-C (1 set of test includes for bitumen content tests for three sample collected jointly) (2 sets of tests or more shall be done daily as per direction of MIC) 7 P/L Random Rubble masonary :Providing & Laying Random Rubble masonary work with hard stone in foundation and plinth with cement mortar 1:6(1 cement: 6 sand) including levelling , finishing etc complete as per specifications and instructions of the manager in charge 8 S/T/S/S of Moorum :Supplying, Transporting, stacking and spreading of Moorum of approved quality and authorised sources. The rates inclusive of stacking, transporting,spreading, royality & other levies and other applicable taxes etc. 9 Repair of existing divider side walls :Repair of existing divider side walls with plain cement concrete 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 sand: 3 coarse aggregate) including the cost of requiredcentering, shuttering and finishing smooth with 6mm thick cement plaster 1 : 3 (1 cement : 3 fine sand) on exposed surface complete.as directed by MIC (Cement will be issued free of cost from Nalco store) 10 P/F of boundary stone 150 mm at top :Providing & fixing of boundary stone 150 mm at top, 200 mm at bottom and 900 mm high precast reinforced cement concrete 1:1.5:3 (1 cement 1.5coarse sand and 3 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) as per standard design ,including finishing smooth with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement 3 fine sand) loading, unloading, transportation, cost of excavation of earth , refilling & concrete grouting of C.C.
