Name of Work: MTPS-II - MI - BM – AOH / COH 2025-26 - Inspection of primary Air coal bend, coal concentrator, ignition air pipe and ceramic lined plate, renewal if required at burner elevation.

Transporting the primary air coal bend from Store to boiler and leading and lifting ofprimary air coal bend from boiler \"0\" mtr to required elevation.

Transporting the coal concentrator from Store to boiler and leading and lifting of Coal concentrator from boiler \"0\" mtr to required elevation.

Arresting the Primary air coal pipe in burner elevation by providing angles and channel supports to remove the primary air coal bend/spool piece/reducer.

Removing of Coal bend from the Hot secondary air duct flange after removing fuel oil gun assembly / cutting and welding of ignition airpipe, restoration of ignition air pipe guard plate with ceramic tiles, assembling of coal bends and fuel oil guns, Devoluting the scrap to store.

Patch up welding works to be carried out in wornout portion area in primary air coal bend Type - 1 & Type - 2 and restoration with new ceramic tiles in Patch up area, including charges for ceramic tiles, consumables and hire charges for T&Ps

Removal of G.I sheet and insulation three layer (60mm x 3 = 180mm thick) from burner assembly front and rear side of coal bend area A, B, G, H & D, E, F, C elevation (Firing Zone) in Boiler 1st pass and refixing after completion of rectification works.

Strengthening of coal concentrator inner part to outer part connecting plates.

Cost of materials for Providing 4 Nos each of SS 310 - 8mm thick plate (8x50x50mm) to connect inner and outer part of coal concentrator.

Cost of M20X 60MM Bolt and Nuts with 2 washer-High Strength Friction Grip Bolt and Nuts, Grade:10.9, if required.
