Tender For Construction Of Drain At Kavarai Street & Sarangapani Street In Kaveripakkam Town Panchayat.; 1 Earth work open excavation and depositing on bank with in the initial lead of 10m and a lift of 2m in hard stiff clay, stiff block cotton, hard red earth, shales, murram, gravel, stoney earth and earth mixed with small size boulders etc., as per SS 20 A. TNDSS NO: 23 & 24 VI (S2) VI,VII 9,10with standard specifications. 2 Plain Cement Concrete 1:4:8 Mix (one part cement, four part Crushed Stone Sandand Eight part of aggrigate) using 40 mm size ISS HBG metal from approved quarry including cost and conveyance of all materials to site. Loading and unloading charges and labour charges for mixing. Laying and curing etc., complete as per TNDSS NO : 28 & VI (S2) VI (S5A) VII standard specifications as directed by Engineer incharge. 3 Supplying and Errecting Steel centering for sides and soffits including supports and strutting upto 3.00 M height for Retaing wall, SWD wall sies etc; with all cross bracibngs using mild steel sheets of size 90cmx60 cmx 10 gauge stiffend with welded mils dteel angels of size 25mmx25mmx6mm for boarding laid over silver oak (country wood) joists of size 10 cmx6.5 spaced at about 90 cm centre to centre and supported by casurina props of 10 cm to 13 cm dia spaced at 75 cm centre to centre etc; complete. 4 Plain Cement Concrete 1:2:4 Mix (one part cement, two part Crushed Stone Sandand four part of aggrigate) using 20 mm size ISS HBG metal from approved quarry including cost and conveyance of all materials to site. Loading and unloading charges and labour charges for mixing. Laying and curing etc., complete as per TNDSS NO: 28 & VI (S2) VI (S5A) VII standard specifications as directed by Engineer incharge. 5 Providing granolithic floor finish of 25mm thickness with plain cement concrete 1:2:4 (One Cement, Two crushed sand (M-Sand) and Four aggregate) using 10 to 12mm gauge hard broken stone jelly including laying, finishing and the top rubbed smooth with power trawl, thread lining, curing etc. complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. (The rate is inclusive of necessary planking for panellingwherever necessary and as directed by the departmental officers)
