Tender For Providing Mini Power At Kuvalangattu Streetin Kodavasal Town Panchayat.; 1 Earth work excavation in all classes of soils such as hard stiff clay, stiff black cotton, hard red earth, shales, murram, ordinary earth, earth mix with 50% fair sized boulders etc., with initial lead and lifts including laying, spreading, leveling, sectioning breaking clods etc., includingall incidental charges etc., complete as per standard specification . for FoundationsSS 20B 2 Supply delivery and filling of Quarry Stone Dustin layer of not more than 15 cm thick including watering with all layers and consolidation complying with standard specification including cost and conveyence of M-Sand to Site and all labour charges and all other incidential charges etc,. complete as per Standard Specification 3 Cement concrete of mix 1:4:8 (One cement Four M-Sand Eight aggregates) using 40mm gauge hard broken including cost conveyance of all materials to site including labour charges, transporting and placing in position including shoring, strutting forming protective bunds, cofferdams bailing out of water labour for mixing compacting, finishing and curing, working at depths, tools and plants and incidental charges such as sheeting, shoring and bracing and their subsequent removal etc., complete as per standard specification. 4 Providing and laying in position, Standardised Concrete Mix M-20 Grade in accordance with IS:456-2000, using 20mm and down graded hard broken granite stone jelly for all RCC items of works with minimum cement content of 325 kg/mᶾ and maximum water cement ratio of 0.55, including admixture (plasticiser / super plasticiser) in recommended proportions as per IS:9103 to accelerate, retard setting of concrete, improve workability without impairing strength and durability with about (5 cu.m.) 7730 kg. of 20mm machine crushed stone jelly and with about (3.3 cu.m.) 5156 kg. of 10-12mm machine crushed stone jelly and with about (4.79 cu.m.) 7670 kg. of sand, but excluding cost of reinforcement grill and fabricating charges, centering and shuttering and also including laying, vibrating with mechanical vibrators, finishing, curing, etc. and providing fixtures like fan clamps in the RCC floor/ roof slabs wherever necessary without claiming extra, etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.The coarse and fine aggregates to be used should comply with the requirements of IS Standards.(No separate payment will be made by the Department for the excess usage of materials). 5 Supplying & Erecting centering for sides & soffiots including necessary supports & strutting upto 3.29m height for plane surfaces in all floors with all cross bracings using mild steel sheets of size 90 x 60cm & 10 gauge stiffened, welded with steel angle of size 25 x 25 x 3mm for boarding laid over silver oak joists(Country wood) of size 10 x 6.5cm spaced @ about 90cm c/c and supported by casurina props of 10 - 13cm dia. spaced @ 75cm c/c etc., complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers. Complete complying with standard specification in force and as directed by department officials.- 9 Brick work in Cement Mortar in 1:5 ( One cement and Five M-Sand ) using best quality of Country bricks of size 8¾x 4 ¼ x 2 ¾ including all cost of materials and labour charges includingCuring charges etc., complete as per Standard Specificationand as directed by department officials. 10 Plastering walls with cement mortar 1:5(One cement five M-Sand) 12mm thick in all floors and all exposed surfaces including cost and conveyance of materials to site and all labour charges,Curing etc complete as per standard specification. 11 Laying with new C.C. Laminated tiles (Like Dora tiles Eurocon tiles etc),(anti skid) of 20mm thick of approved spl quality and set in Cement Mortar 1:3 (1 of cement and 3 of M-Sand ) 20mm. Thick using river M-Sand and pointing with colour cement using at the rate of 0.40 kg/M2 and mixing with colour pigment at the rate of 0.3 Kg/M2 including finishing complete with Standard Specification and as directed by the Departmental Officers etc., 12 Painting the new walls two coats over one coat of priming with best Plastic Emultionpaint of approved colour and quality including preparation of surface and finishing neatly etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the department officers (S.l.No.359-A) 13 Drilling of Borewells anywhere in Tamilnadu including transportation from one place to another with in Tamilnadu in alluvial soil sedimentary strata of clay and M-Sand stone shale pebbles boulders etc.By first taking a pilot bore of 140 mm/150mm dia and then enlarging to required dia direct or reverse rotary mud circulation method using rotary rigs fuel, labour and drilling bentonite and water required for drilling at site.Site will be shown by the TWAD Board officers including construction of mud pit. 14 Upto 60 mt. Depth ending below ground level 15 Reaming 140/150 mm dia pilot bore to 300mm dia bore as directed by the TWAD Board Officer. 16 Upto 60 mt. The pump shall be with stainless steel shaft and dynamically balanced bronze or Cast SS impeller, brass screws and CI FG 200 grade pump bowl/diffuser with ISI mark.
